We recently visited Craft Coffee on Southern Avenue for a family outing. While our initial pizza order fell a bit short on taste, the exceptional hospitality completely turned our experience around. A staff member named Farhan handled the situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. He spoke to us so warmly, immediately arranged a fresh replacement, and made sure we felt truly valued as guests. It is rare to see such genuine care and quick problem-solving. We walked out immensely satisfied and will definitely be returning!

First time in Kolkata, and Craft Coffee set the bar high. Farhan recommended the French Press for a black coffee, brewed it impeccably, and even broke down the whole brewing technique step-by-step. The cup profile was incredible—clean, bold, and perfectly balanced. Genuine passion and top-tier service. Craft Coffee will definitely be my first stop every time I'm back in town

Horrible portions sizes. Ordered the chicken stroganoff, just a few slices of chicken and they charge you 530 for it. Chicken wings had stale chicken. Fish fingers had a weird smell. Horrible experience altogether.

Very less portion as compared to the price. And very slow service. Yeah the iced tea was good. Not coming back for lunch ever.

Food was below average and too expensive for just slapping poor quality cheese and roasting cheap coffee beans.

Service was so slow. We had to wait for 45 mins after poking multiple times for food. It was not even crowded
