I had a horrific and dangerous experience at the  Cremabonn Bakery and Cafe  stall during the 2025 India International Mega Trade Fair at Science City. The Incident: I attempted to buy a 1-liter water bottle. While the MRP was clearly marked as ₹18, the staff insisted on charging ₹20. When I questioned the overcharging and requested a proper bill, they flatly refused and denied the visible price on the bottle. Assault & Security Breach: When I tried to record this unfair trade practice on my phone for evidence, the situation turned violent. The staff members became aggressive, tried to snatch my phone, and physically assaulted/beat me. It is shocking that a well-known brand like Cremabonn would employ staff who resort to violence over a ₹2 dispute instead of following simple consumer laws. Key Issues: Illegal Overcharging: Charging above MRP is a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. No Proper Billing: Refusal to provide a tax invoice. Criminal Assault: Resorting to physical violence against a customer is a serious criminal offense.
