Incompetent staff. Wasted half an hour arguing over their own menu interface, which by the way, does not translate properly to phone screens. Details were missing regarding the dishes on the phone menu, and I was asked to pay extra for a dish I didn’t even order. Food was good, but the experience will hinder me from going back in the future. Kindly fix your menus instead of harassing your customers.

This place was a huge disappointment. The staff was among the most untrained I’ve seen, and their behaviour came across as rude and unpleasant. It’s hard to understand how such service exists at what is supposed to be a high-end establishment. Overall, a really bad experience.

Food was average, service was pathetic. No one was dere to take orders. Food took a hell lot of time to come. Hospitality was missing. Somehow disappointed 😞

timing should be updated ..on menu it's mentioned till 11:30 pm the food will be served, but kitchen was closed on 10:30..and only midnight food was available

Horrible experience. The staff is not around for you to call them and talk to them. You have to go and talk to them 'cause they are extremely busy. They show that they are busy, but they are not doing anything. The food was extremely cold. It took forty-five minutes for them to get one bowl of pasta, and it was cold. It was kept in the kitchen or something for very long, and it was extremely cold. Horrible, horrible experience. It's better to not come to Five Star 'cause you're paying a bomb and then their service is horrible. Extremely disappointing. I will never come back and will suggest you also to not come ever.
