The most horrendous buffet lunch experience. An attractive price point along excellent reviews drew us to the place. Will point out the issues faced; 1. Inspite of getting a booking confirmation at 11am for 2:30pm, on reaching the outlet sharp at 2:30pm we learn, we do not have any reservation. 2. Bollywood item numbers blaring so loud for an afternoon lunch, one can barely hear someone speak from across the table. 3. Had to wait for good 15 to 20mins for the staff to confirm booking. 4. The billable amount had to be paid before eating (which it fine), however, there was little intent from the staff to ensure availability of food and proper services. 4. Non availability of food. The food counters were simply empty. The wait for few food items (both starters and main course) was so long, that we almost lost our appetite. 5. Normal tap water was not provided. We were told one has to and has to buy self branded bottled water from the outlet. Blatantly defying FSSAI norms and consumer laws. 5. The staff behaviour was pathetic. It was as if some favour was being done to us, on following up for missing food items. Rather than being apologetic the responses were harsh. 6. Food quality of quite a few items were below par. Only a handful was upto the mark. 7. Dessert item replacement. Unlimited chocolate moouse was replaced with one scoop of vanilla icecream. To sum it up, a deplorable experience both in terms of food and service for a peaceful family lunch. The place is more of a pub serving snacks and liquor ideal for evening tipplers.

They are most ill-behaved pib I have ever come across. 1. They don't let you enter, if you are single or your companion is coming after few minutes. 2. The guy at the door told me that he needs to check the profile of Visitors before let them enter. that too waiting at door after 15 mins. No pub in Kolkata is treating their customers in this manner.

This place is absolute shit..The food was not hot..refilling was done almost after 1 hour later ..but the buffet amount was taken before payment..not even bother to compensate with one cold drink as well.The manager pankaj was not even bother to speak..
