this is my visit and I really enjoyed it with my friends. the food was too good and the service was up to the mark and the live dj and vibes were too good .value for money.

• Service was a bit slow, but very courteous and helpful. My partner didn't like the hazelnut flavor with orange drink, upon request to modify it a little bit, the whole drink was changed, kudos for that. • Regarding ambience, it was very loud. I had requested for a comparatively quieter place, but where we were seated, the music was very loud. My ear was ringing for 5 minutes after coming out. • Food was good, but Fish Florentine didn't impress, it was a little bland, and extremely hot, I was literally sweating eating it throughout, even after 30 minutes in AC, it was smoking. Smoked Chicken Pizza and Cafreal Chicken were really good.

Food: The food quality was good and met expectations. Service: Service experience fell short. The venue is still listed as a microbrewery, but only Caldera and Kingfisher draught were available. No other brewery flavors were offered, and the rest of the beers were bottled — which was disappointing for a microbrewery tag. Promotions: Outside the Double Down entrance, a promotion was displayed for ₹300 shisha. However, once inside, it was revealed that if payment is made via Zomato, the actual charge is ₹1200+GST. The ₹300 hookah is only valid if food + drinks are paid at regular rates. This feels misleading and unfair. Customer Handling: As an old customer, I requested the manager to honor the ₹300 hookah promotion. The request was denied, and instead, I was told to pay ₹799 later. By then, experience as always ruined! recommended everyone to speak to place before making any reservation. I Urge @GM, owner to review this feedback and take appropriate action pls

Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. We ordered butter garlic prawns, chicken wings and 2 drinks. Prawns were extremely salty and chicken was smelly and stale. Also, insects were flying around our table We planned to have lunch here but after eating the starters we left as food was terrible. Overall a teribble experience

Food is very mediocre. Shisha is average. Scotch whisky is spurious Brewery is shut. Music speakers create disturbing back sound. Discount is allowed only on food- not on alcohol or shisha
