we had a fabulous time at drunken teddy on our buddy's birthday, Mehebub alam served us with a complimentary cake with gentle behaviour, The music and ambience were beautiful!

We visited on Sunday afternoon. There was a birthday party going on so we had to sit in terrace. The terrace seating area is very small & the view is not very amazing though one can see Victoria, 2nd Hooghly Bridge, St.Pauls Cathedral. The sun made it bit uncomfortable to sit and the inside sofa area was empty as the booking was for the 1st level only, but still they didn't allow us to sit there. Coming to the Food - we ordered Tandoori chicken pizza, chutney stuffed fish finger, Pasta in white sauce, brownie with ice cream along with mocktails- watermelon based & orange based. Food is really good but compared to price portion is less. chutney stuffed fish finger was amazing & recommended one.

The manager wasim has behavioral issues. He should know how to speak to a customer. The way he was behaving felt like the individual is very frustrated in life and takes it out on customers.

Visited the place first time in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. Food tasted great albeit the portions were small, presentation was too notch, they had some of the finest cocktails the city was offering at that point of time and the sheesha was awesome as well. Visited the second time in December 2024 and everything had gone down the drain. We wanted to order a pinacolada coz it was amazing during our last visit..but the menu had undergone change and pinacolada was no longer on the menu. However, the server insisted they can make it for us. We trusted him and went ahead with the order only to have him come back after 10 mins asking "Ma'am pinacolada mai kya alcohol hota hai..rum na ?" This obviously shook any confidence we had in the staff and we decided to choose a Queen's Mary and LIIT from the menu..both of which turned out to be predominantly just water. All the food items were bleh and the sheesha had absolutely zero flavour. Adding to the experience were the servers interrupting and pestering us to order more every few minutes..but taking forever to get the ordered items to the table..including the cheque which took them a good 20 mins. We were seated on the roof, so thankfully we didn't have to deal with the absolutely horrendous loud sound check that wen on inside for the whole duration of our visit.

Extremely disappointing experience at Drunken Teddy. The food quality was far below acceptable standards — poorly prepared, lacking freshness, and not at all worth the price. What made it worse was the management’s complete lack of accountability. Concerns were neither addressed properly nor handled with professionalism. The ambience is underwhelming and poorly maintained, which takes away from what should have been an enjoyable evening. Service was equally terrible — slow, inattentive, and disorganized. I have visited many pubs across Kolkata and throughout India, and I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I am genuinely baffled at how this place has managed to create the impression that it offers a good experience. A completely wasted Sunday night for us. I hope the management seriously rethinks their standards because this is not acceptable.

We have experienced the worst service ever,after doing pre-booking we were not allowed to sit anywhere properly..and more over the other customers who came after us were served and treated properly..this kind of unprofessional and worst behaviour was not expected from a famous restaurant like drunken teddy...I myself will never suggest anyone to visit this place ...because I don't want to get my close ones to get treated like this ...The food is also not upto the mark.They just literally spoiled our evening!! Horrible management!!!

one of the most horrible place in the city...staffs are ill literates and unprofessional..they serve all cold food n are least bothered.. manager is worse than a new servant at home...those who recieve calls for bookings are retards...wonder how this place runs! despite of just 2 table being occupied they gave a horrendus service n staffs misbehaved a lot

worst experience so far.....the restaurant asked me to leave early due to private party'.. without informing me and my booking was done from 4-10pm but had to leave by 7 as the restaurant argued and forced me to leave early as there will be private party......my bday was spoiled coz of them

Very bad ambience , no music from 2 hours we only heard mic testing . Worst experience. After spending so much of money we spend still this is what we get . Not recommended at all
