THE FOOD WAS SUPERB... HAD A GREAT TIME WITH THE FRIENDLY OWNER... STAFF WERE MAINTAINING HYGIENE AND AGAIN, THE FOOD WAS JUST TOO GREAT.. MUST HAVE FOR ALL PURE VEGETARIANS AT AFFORDABLE PRICE

So many times i oder to durga puri hotel ,food is so tasty and durga puri hotel speciality is if we want spicy they make it spicy or if we want non spicy they also it non spicy as our tast .

#panner_pulao I ordered it on 19 September 2019 via UBER EATS. Food quality is good but this looks and tastes exactly like paneer rice not even tastes like a pulao and the quantity was way too less even though I ordered for a FULL plate.

Got the food on time but the same problem is there is only gravy in the box not a single piece of paneer. I'm very upset with this kind of service

I had ordered two Paneer Kulcha and a Paneer butter masala from this restaurant as it was a pure vegetarian outlet and honestly I expected the quality of the food to be better. There was hardly any flavour in any of the items. Coming to the Kulcha, there were decent amount of paneer stuffing inside but it was tasteless. The kulcha was soft but it was absolutely dry and non greasy. There was no butter at all and it felt more like a tandoori roti with paneer stuffings. Now the Paneer Butter Masala, I think they should omit the word butter from it. There was decent number of paneer cubes there but no taste of butter, nor any proper flavour of masala. It was like a plain paneer gravy. They served a lot of grave which is fine as you can have 2-3 rotis or paranthas with it but other than this, THIS OUTLET'S FOOD ABSOLUTELY LACKS TASTE.

I have just ordered 2 Masala Kulcha and 4 Tandoori roti, not from Zomato but I went there and then ordered. When I reached home and found that roti was cold and it was wrapped under hot Kulcha so smartly! That it seems both are hot but it was not. Then I called the owner to let him know about this situation because he might did not know what his cooks are doing. But he said "hum kabhi bhi roti phele se bna kar nai rakhte... chahe aap job bhi bole main nai manta". The moral of the story is, if he is not accepting his fault with brick and mortar shop, what he will do while ordering online ???!!!

Ordered Veg Pulao, Kashmiri Aloo Dum And Masala Kulcha via UberEats. The packing of the Pulao was horrible and so was the taste as well as the quantity. Aloo Dum had a ‘match stick’ in the Gravy and instead of Kulcha, they had sent Roti without even informing about the same. Don’t waste your money by ordering from a place like this. Not recommended at all.
