Great ambience excellent service. Biswarup, Suvasish and Biswajit are the most talented Chefs I have ever met. Biswarup always ensure to go beyond the boundary to meet the expectations. Sourav and other waiters are also great service provider. Overall my go to place in Kolkata..Congrats team Raajkutir for such a fantastic service with personal touch and care

Delightful dining experience at Raajkutir and especially at East India Room. The traditional Bengali flavours are skillfully curated to suit every palate. Never before have I enjoyed Bengali cuisine this much, like I did at Raajkutir. The service is impeccable, full of warmth and cordiality. Kudos to the entire team.

went for anniversary lunch of my mom dad..very welcoming staff and ambience is top notch. price definitely on the higher side which is always expected at swabhumi raajkutir restaurants. we ordered mutton minced jali kebab and Portuguese malakoff as starters. both were cooked perfectly though portion a bit less according to price.main course was excellent in taste as well as quantity. loved the dhakai polao and chicken tetrazzini was exceptional.

Staff were nice and polite, and the place has a royal vibe, but honestly, it didn’t feel like a five-star dining experience. There were flies around our table (which is gross for fine dining), and we were seated in the extended hall where there was no wash basin. Food was good in taste and quantity, but definitely felt overpriced for the setup. The dining experience didn’t live up to the standard of five-star tag.

one should go for Ambience of the hotel . I have tried Betki fish at many places so it was average & highly priced. Food was not value for money but felt overpriced though I am regular customer of ITC Royal & Sonar resturants. Never order goat meat as it was like rubber so they agreed to take it away & replaced with very average Murg Chingiri. Staff was polite & Chef too but quality of food average & 3 times price of good bengali resturant in Kolkata.

Been here for the first time and the hospitality sucks. The host was absolutely rude. There was no one near the restaurant for us to ask anyone if tables are available or not. Once we got into the restaurant (without knowing if there is in a any queue or not) the host or manager asked us to leave stating that there is a queue and we cant just come in and sit. Again we are not aware if there is queue. Now while we were having a conversation with the manager/ host he was very rude. His way of talking was absolutely unprofessional, unwelcoming. Having said that we are aware it’s durgapuja time and there is rush, but it’s not an excuse to behave bad with your customers.

Menu card showed 499 for Roti and upon asking the staff twice or thrice to reconfirm, it was confirmed to us multiple times that 499 was for one roti. That is unbelieveable pricing. Even 5 stars will not charge such high for a Roti. And if this was incorrect info, then the staff ensured we leave without ordering
