Dear Manager, I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit on Sunday 23rd November 20205, late evening to your Italian restaurant. The waiter attending our table displayed unprofessional behaviour by rolling his eyes when we asked for assistance and not guiding us through the food menu, even though we clearly needed help in choosing suitable dishes. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but such behaviour affects the overall dining experience and does not reflect the standards one expects at your restaurant. Ordered Polo Picante and choco hazelnut gelato. The pizza was amazing. The gelato was good as well with good quantity but overpriced. Would visit again for the pizza. Good ambience, great staff. Note: They charge 10% service charge

Well the food was as authentic Italian as one could expect outside of a 5 star in Kolkata. What spoilt it somewhat was the sneaking in of a 10% service charge in the bill with no prior intimation to the customer which is down right an unethical and unfair business practice in India. Expected better from Fabbrica in this regard. A cautionary advice to all who intend to dine there. DO LOOK AT THE SERVICE CHARGE AT THE END OF THE BILL AND ASK THEM TO TAKE IT BACK.

This place is quite impressive. From service to food & beverage is very well maintained and top notch. It can be said thay served one of the best Neapolitan pizza and tiramisu in Kolkata. I just loved it.

I went there for family dinner. Firstly we had booked a table there and when we entered the guy at the reception gave us a corner seat. When we requested to have a better seat, he instead said that other table is reserved. Since I was uncomfortable, I requested again and then he gave us a better table. (although there were berely 2-3 tables occupied the whole time) I did not liked the attitude of the person in charge. Rest,pizza was good and other people's service was also good. Ambience is dim, and the place is just a hype overall.

This place is super hyped .. I went here after seeing many influencers recommending this place .. But this place is too expensive for the food they put on your table .. No doubt the Neapolitan pizza was good but u get that taste in many other places in half the price .. The pasta was priced rupees 995 that too just mushroom .. iv had better pasta in 1/3 of their price .. Raj Spanish cafe , chilli’s , TGIF have such good pizza pastas in half the price ..

The portions r too small & there was hardly any bacon or chicken in the pasta . Plus the waiter’s behaviour was not liked at all .

I recently visited *Fabbrica Originale* at Park Street, Kolkata, and my experience was unfortunately marred by the conduct of a staff member named *RODNEY*. His behavior was unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming, which left a very poor impression of the establishment. I urge the management of *Fabrica Originale* to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. This kind of attitude from staff can greatly affect the reputation and customer experience of an otherwise reputed outlet.

First, the pollo romana pizza was made so spicy & was stale that caused us Health issues. Second, the quantity of the wine served was very less for 150ml. Extremely bad experience in the so hyped restaurant. Wish i had never visited.

Focaccia was served half baked ! Didn’t expect this; other dishes were good quality in terms of taste but portion size is too too small - not enough for even 1 person ! Not value for money…
