A little piece of Europe in Kolkata.. long awaited in the bucket list and Fabbrica nailed it..right on the money! Ambience is calm cosy comfy.. greeted well and started off with LIIT ( perfect blend of liquors, no fancy addition.. nailed it) The cold coffee was nice with generous amount of cocoa The sea si is littery bhetki batter fried balls, simple yet delicious, the quality of the fish is praiseworthy.. fresh protein aside lemon butter sauce.. superb Prosciutto E Burrata.. undoubtedly one of my favorites.. rich burrata in the centre surrounded by good quality ham, some greens.. awesome Their Neapolitan pizzas are worth dying for.. Pollo aristo, the rich tomato base, smoked chicken and the cheese gives u the right amount of foodgasm you crave for.. the olive oil and chilli flakes in the table doubles your experience.. missed on the tiramisu this time, coming back surely for another indelible dining experience

A fine authentic go-to dine out for delish Italian delicacies....the quality of crust and the thoughtfully layered toppings make every bite melting in the mouth...if you have a seasonal crush on pizzas 🍕 trip in pronto 🫰🏻✌️

Great experience as usual. Very kind staff, attentive. service is rapid fast, less than 5 minutes wait after ordering even during rush hour during lunch. Tastes out of this world, and definitely value for money.

The virgin olive oil at the table was the star as an add on Tiramisu was yummmmm definitely worth the price Pizzas are extremely delicious . Very eager to try the others off the menu soon

No bread or olive oil offered in italian restaurant. No red meat choices. Food taste is okay. Fish main course was very ordinary. Service was good

Absolutely brilliant. Proscuitto e burrata x 2 Calabrese with Extra Parma ham. Definitely the best Italian in the city.

I visited Fabbrica, Salt Lake CC-1 on the 20th of January for lunch and ordered the following: Spaghetti con Pollo, Cotoletta Milanese (fried chicken fillet) and a half-&-half pizza (Pollo Arrosto with Pork Pepperoni Salami pizza). The food quality was pretty good overall. Only the pizza disappointed as it fell short of expectations. The spaghetti dish was the star of the show as it far exceeded expectations. The chicken breast with the spaghetti dish was soft, tender while the spaghetti itself was delicious and flavorful. The Cotoletta Milanese was decent but could be given a miss, unless you want to pair it with a dish like Spaghetti Aglio Olio which I think would go very well with it. So overall, my impression of this particular outlet is that it probably makes Pasta and Spaghetti dishes better than Pizzas. Maybe something to keep in mind if you ever plan on visiting for a quality Italian meal.
