Food 3/5. Ambience 3/5. Washrooms are very dirty 0/5. First thing I should say food prices are ok but drinks prices are toooo high. Trust me this is even costlier than many restaurants in Kolkata. Apart from that - 1.Waiters are weird. Their behaviour is odd. 2. Sometimes they make other people sit on the same table where I am sitting, this is bad. 3. Waiters sometimes talks unnecessarily 4. 1st floor washrooms are dirty. 5. During rush hours they behave badly with customers. It's like "we have so many customers now, I don't care you get a sit or not" if you go and try to talk to them they will not even look at you. 2-3 waiters are very rude.

Fiesta was a good restaurant but not anymore .Apart from food the most important thing of any restaurant is the “Hospitality” that has gone missing.We are regular customers from the beginning but recently came across a very bad experience.Today me and my wife has gone there to sit on the rooftop ,we saw many sits are vacant but we were not allowed to sit ..Why?? Because the tables are for four seaters.We told them if some group of four people come we will vacant the place but they didn’t agree.Even on the 4th floor they didn’t allow us sit on the side tables for the same reason.I am again mentioning most of the seats are vacant..Few months ago when they used to have ground floor area for restaurant we never received such shameful treatment from waiters..We all know Food /Drinks are quite pricy that too with such treatment is that at all acceptable??The only reason they are getting customers is their liquor license..Because food and other stuffs are far better on the adjacent restaurants like Nox,Chugwa etc . Really disappointed..

This place has got nothing but new name in Howrah. Charging you high price for nothing, not so good food to be fond of. Very average. Salty food. Worst virgin mojito for 345 bucks. Who asks for that amount for a virgin mojito. They dont even know what is a virgin mojito..LOL! They have good ambience which is only plus in the place but if you expect open air in rooftop they only have 5 tables there. I would suggest many nice places in Park Street/ Southern Avenue where quality is way better for at least 30% lesser prices. The menu card in Zomato/Google are outdated as they have probably increased the prices multiple times in short span of time. All food dishes are nearly rs. 400

THEY CHARGED GST TWICE. 1. Unnecessarily extremely overpriced. I mean, 354 for Virjin Mojitos? What are you infusing in them, silver? 2. There is NO OPTION for regular water. You are BOUND TO have mineral water, for which they are charging Rs. 40. 3. Addressing the elephant in the room, they charged CGST and SGST TWICE in a single bill, picture attached below. We were in a hurry so we didn't check the bill properly, which was a fault on our part, I agree. But shouldn't they be the one to be careful while billing? I am appalled. Wouldn't recommend this place.

This restaurant charges you an absurd amount for the most humble 'Virgin Mojito' - Rs 345/-, which I feel is quite high given the standard of the restaurant and moreover because of the worst taste of the mojito I have ever had. The prices of all the food are on the higher side while the taste is bland and the portions served are not at all handsome. Service too is quite slow. The only approving factor of this restaurant is its ambience. Therefore if you want to take good photographs and enjoy the rooftop visit it but don't expect satisfying meal there!

i ordered on line. inspite of a call the rice was totally bland. not even properly sauteed. chicken was ok ok. rice was a flop this is cheating a customer. twice before food was good and today after calling and n informing too bland sick food type was sent

food is good, service is extremely disrespectful. we kept calling for waiter and sat for half an hour before one of them half heartedly attended us. we ended up calling the day off early. third class service.

Food was not at all remarkable... the hospitality was not acceptable. The waiters behaved extremely rudely with us. Very disrespectful attitude.

Most worst restaurant. Food is so bad no taste nothing. Ambience is very noisy and stuff behavior is so bad very rude
