My Birthday Party was organised here in the month of June,I am extremely delighted to share the food was delicious and awesome.The ambience was incredible,Special thanks to Mr. JAYANTA PAUL( MANAGER) & MR.SANDIP MAITY for organising my birthday eve in such a seamless and well coordinated manner.Everything was top notch and hassle-free,well executed as I expected and planned.The staff were extremely courteous and well behaved.My guests were welcomed and served with an outstanding hospitality.I would look forward such cooperation from the entire team of The Stadel in future as well and would like to make many such cherishable memories with my upcoming events in future as well.🥰🌟✨️✨️

I recently stayed at The Stadel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. While the property and amenities were top-notch, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special shoutout goes to Lipsa from the service team. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely helpful attitude made me feel incredibly welcome and valued as a guest. Whether it was anticipating needs or delivering flawless service with a smile, Lipsa truly sets the standard for excellent hospitality. It is rare to find service this dedicated, and she is a massive asset to the hotel. I highly recommend The Stadel and will definitely be returning!

Ambience is only good but if you go for the buffet they will treat you like burden. They are meant to serve starters on the table but for that they will all disappear and make you wait long after serving 2 starters and keep on saying that the dissh is getting ready and will serve you in a while but after Waiting for 10-15 minutes you are fed up and will decide to go for the main course and when you are finished filling your stomach they'll come with the starter. I will say their service is very poor , food quality is average and not up to mark. Only their ala carte is ok. My recommendation is that if you are going for a buffet,you will regret coming here. There are many restaurants far better than this and in lesser price. Will give 2 star rating for only filling your stomach

one of the chicken item was stale and we requested to change it, neiher they changed the food nor they refunded the amount. We asked for desert as replacement that was also not served. Food quality was also bad.
