This food truck has really amazed me with their extraordinary taste and quality. Tried their Boba teas, bao, dimsum and ramen. Each and everything tasted so authentic and delicious. They definitely serve the best baos i have ever had, so juicy and melt in mouth. This cute little food truck has such a wide variety of Korean food, service is fast, taste and quality is top notch 👌

it's soshti Sunday 2025 came for pandel hopping at Salt Lake found this truck, it was so hot tried the peach ice boba tea ,it's so refreshing,and polite behaviour won my heart , thank you 🫶❤️

Fluffy's has a food truck in HB block, Saltlake near Samai Sadan and a small outlet in the Food court opposite of Unitech Gate 2, Newtown. They basically serve Korean & Japanese food & beverages. The prices are justified because the quality of food is impressive. OG Fluffy: Their signature dish is the Souffle Pancakes. We tried their OG Pancake which had a fluffy, buttery & airy texture topped with maple syrup & boba pearls . Chicken Corndog : The outside of the corn dog is crunchy with a little bit of sweetness. Inside it was very cheesy with the Frankfurter. Korean Chicken Dumplings: Their Korean Dumplings were juicy enough and the coating was very thin. They are providing good quality dumplings if you consider the price point. Fried Chicken in OG special sauce : It was crispy, spicy , juicy - an absolute perfect starter to have during evenings. Their Bento box is a decent quality combo which they are serving mainly for the IT employees.
