The Zomato offer said 50 percent discount on Total Bill, but the restaurant didn't give discount on the alcohol bill. Discount given only on the food bill. This is misleading.

As always the fresh Heritage chicken Sandwich and Flurys special Tea. I was bit disappointed during my last visit (6 months past), but all went well this time.

unfriendly and low on hospitality place .Pastry shop asked to pay first then separately at the counter then go to my table and as they are a different entity. Only after insistence did someone agreed to sit at in the table and take payment Also I find that the waiters have poor knowledge of the menu items .she had no idea about how much coffee shot is there in americano coffee.I had come many years before but it was a not so warm exp.now

Please give me a piece with the hard sugar crust on top (the older style). Not soft cream coating.”..u have change the authentic style for which flurys cake stands out ,but now we miss that hard crust on both strawberry cake n chocolate cake..plz continue with the older style..these cakes are most talked n used by millennials..like us...plz plz continue the authentic style🙏

The staff was cordial and the ambience was conducive for an early morning tea. However, the quality of tea leaves was questionable as they used cheap tea leaves for a premium “Flury’s Tea Blend”.

I went on and ordered a coffee with soy milk but the service was already very poor and I got almond which later gave me a allergic reaction I would like flurry’s to contact me as it’s a concern or life and risk pls I would like a compensation or a callback asap.

Can’t believe this place would be such a disappointment. Extremely overpriced and the food does not live up to the expectations.
