All I can is that the food was absolutely delicious for veg lovers and to add on it the ambiance that u get at Sky Kouzina is as good as sitting inside the Flight itself!! I Really Really enjoyed every moment that I spent over their with my family ! theyade my Birthday quite Memorable one !!! Service is good ,Food Quality and taste is awesome,The staff behaviour is again very polite and caring ! In totality it was a perfect dine at Fly Kouzine !!! plzz go with ur family and explore the food and ambiance of Fly couzineKouzz !!!

Had a wonderful experience at Fly Kouzina today. Our kid really loved and enjoyed the ambience. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful, and the food tasted amazing.

Poor experience with extremely slow service. Qty of food for the pricing is not so great either. For 2 items took close to 45 mins when the restaurant was not even crowded.

Review for Fly Kouzina New Town (Visit Date: 4th April 2026) I’ve been a long-time patron of the Kouzina brand and have always associated it with consistency, quality, and a dependable dining experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Fly Kouzina in New Town on 4th April 2026 was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. To begin with, a significant portion of the menu was unavailable. Almost every alternate dish we attempted to order—especially key items like kebabs and Khao Suey soup—was denied. We were informed that this was due to an ongoing LPG shortage and a shift to induction-based cooking. While I understand that supply challenges can occur, what was surprising was the extent of the menu reduction. In my recent dining experiences across Kolkata and other cities, I have not encountered any restaurant scaling back its offerings to this degree. Even more concerning was the quality of the food that was eventually served. The dal makhni was watery and lacked the richness and depth expected from this dish. The two paneer gravies we ordered were equally underwhelming—bland, poorly balanced, and clearly below the brand’s usual standards. The masala kulcha, which is typically one of their stronger items, was inadequately prepared with minimal stuffing and improper cooking. Overall, the food felt substandard and rushed, as though quality control had been completely overlooked. Service, unfortunately, added to the dissatisfaction. When we requested a replacement for vinegar onions that tasted off, the waiter unilaterally decided to serve plain onions instead—without consulting us. When questioned, he responded in an argumentative manner, stating that he assumed we wouldn’t like the replacement either. This approach was both unprofessional and dismissive. While the issue was eventually corrected after insistence, the interaction left a negative impression. What made the experience more disappointing is that this is a reputed brand in Kolkata’s restaurant space, and customers walk in with certain expectations of quality and service. While I fully empathize with broader challenges such as LPG shortages and global supply disruptions, I believe these issues should be managed internally without significantly compromising the customer experience. If the restaurant is facing operational constraints, it would be far more responsible to: Clearly communicate a reduced menu upfront Ensure the dishes being served meet quality benchmarks Train staff to handle customer concerns professionally Operating at a compromised level without managing expectations does more harm than good—especially for loyal customers who have trusted the brand for years. In its current state, the experience felt as though the restaurant was doing customers a favor by remaining open, rather than striving to deliver value. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards restoring the standards that the Kouzina brand has been known for. Overall: A highly disappointing visit and a significant drop from past experiences.
