Food quality is very good. Few dishes are a little expensive if a discount is not applicable. Otherwise, the taste of the food and service was very good.

We ordered Patra pora mutton which was nice. The kokum drink was refreshing and nice. We also ordered crab ghee roast which was not up to the mark as the crab meat was not separately served which is the authentic way to serve crab. The bamboo biriyani was not good as the chicken was not fresh. All together the experience was okeyish.

The ambience was nice. However, while we were still on starters, the waiter rushed us to order mains and asked twice, which felt a bit pushy. Food-wise, the squid and crab were good. The bansbhora chicken biryani had flavorful rice, but the chicken was tough — tasted like it might have been a day or two old.

Fusion Fantasea aims high, but the execution falls noticeably short. We tried their Ghee Roast Chicken, Kokkar Yakhni, Bansa Pora Chicken, Bakharkhani, Soru Chakli, Khamar Roti, along with mocktails and fried ice cream. The Ghee Roast Chicken was average at best, everything else was forgettable. The most disappointing part, however, came at billing. While paying via District, a staff member insisted, quite forcefully, that a 5-star rating was required to complete the payment. This happened in front of the owner, who dismissed it by attributing it to the staff’s lack of manners. That explanation feels convenient; such practices rarely exist without being encouraged. While the staff were otherwise polite and did communicate upfront that certain items (water, mocktails, desserts, and mutton) weren’t covered under discounts, these exclusions do dilute the overall value, highlighting the difference between enduring establishments and those still trying to get there.

I had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience at Fusion Fantasies. The food quality was far below expectations, and honestly, it was shocking for the price they charge. We ordered the chilli milli octopus, and it was a complete letdown. They claimed the dish would include at least six pieces of octopus, but what we received barely had two identifiable pieces. The rest of the dish was so poorly prepared that we couldn’t even tell what we were eating. For such a heavily priced item, this felt like a complete rip-off. To make things worse, the bell peppers and capsicum tasted stale and old, as if the dish had been prepared long before being served to us. The overall freshness and quality were extremely questionable, which made the experience even more disgusting. What made the situation even worse was the staff behaviour. The staff was poorly behaved, mannerless, and completely unprofessional. There was no sense of hospitality, and our concerns were not taken seriously at all, which added to the frustration. The entire meal felt careless, poorly executed, and honestly quite horrifying. It’s not just about bad taste it felt unhygienic and disrespectful to customers. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and avoid the disappointment. There are far better restaurants out there this one is simply not worth it.

Food: The food did not fully meet expectations. We tried multiple dishes: Butter chilli fried fish – this was good. Bashkora chicken – average, just okay. Bamboo chicken biryani – the chicken did not feel fresh. Lava ghost chicken – this was disappointing, overpriced, and a waste of money. Khonari rotis – these were good. We also tried a mutton dish, which unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. When we raised this concern, we were informed that this was the only type of mutton available that day, which was disappointing. Overall, the food felt overpriced for the quality and not worth the money. Service: The service was quite poor. It only improved slightly after intervention from the manager, but the overall experience remained unsatisfactory. Customer Interaction: While giving feedback, I rated the restaurant 4 out of 5. However, the staff insisted that I should either give a 5-star rating or not submit a rating at all. This approach felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, the experience did not justify the expectations set by the restaurant.
