Had a wonderful lunch 🍽️ ✨ Tried the Mahmudabad Gharana Biryani along with the Lucknavi Murgh Masala (Boneless), and the experience was truly satisfying. The biryani had fragrant long-grain rice, subtle Awadhi flavours, and perfectly cooked meat that felt rich yet balanced. Every bite carried that authentic Lucknowi touch. The Lucknavi Murgh Masala was creamy, flavourful, and beautifully cooked with soft boneless chicken pieces. Paired with the breads and kebabs, the meal felt complete and comforting. Loved the royal Mughlai-style presentation, calm ambience, and overall dining experience. A great place in Kolkata for anyone who enjoys authentic Lucknowi cuisine and rich North Indian flavours. Definitely looking forward to visiting again! ❤️

One of the best Galautis in Calcutta that you will get. They follow Lucknowi recipe hence the kebabs are really soft and melt in the mouth. Also, you have to try the Mutton Nihari, Lucknowi Biryani and Murgh Malai Tangdi

visited twice atleast e year back. have tried there ulta tawa paratha, galawti kebab,mutton side dishes, mutton biryani and loved every bit of it. loved every item they served.

We went there on the auspicious occasion of Durga Ashtami 2025...It was on our bucket list for a long time...Atlast we to avoid waiting time in various restaurant plan to go here...The place is very very small...We Ordered Galwati Kebab with Ulta Tawa Paratha & Khameri Naan with Bhuna Gosth....Galwati Kebab was overcooked & tested bitterly , Ulta Tawa Paratha is so thick like Roll Paratha...I don't know who is the chef & why this kind of Paratha is approved to accompany Galwati Kebab....I have tried Galwati in various restaurant in Kolkata , Lucknow , Rajasthan....This was the worst...Coming to Bhuna Gosth...4 little pieces of Mutton that too full of Bone were served....Service was awful....They served every food cold....Not going here again... Won't recommend to any one.....Very Very Bad Experience....

Wow!! The first restaurant in Kolkata which I had to exit even before I cud order food... simply because of the atrociously disgusting behaviour of the staff. This waiter named Sonu( name might be fake) was misbehaved as hell , replying with sort of a vengeance to food orders which we were trying to place!! And that too with no reason at all. Pls avoid this place at all cost. If we stayed any longer we might have been mortally injured by the staff. Shocked and disgusted to say the least.

Very very bad experience. Very bad food. Extremely bad service. Waiters just talking amongst themselves. No orders taken. Empty restaurant with 30 min wait time is not accepted. Please dont come here people. Bloggers take money to do promotions and know nothing about food. They get their money and their job is done whether food is good or bad. Honestly worst place to have mughlai food. Do not recommend to anyone and wont be coming back.

After a long wait time of more than 1hr when it was our chance to get a seat at table we were asked to move out of restuarant as some who had called the manager for a seat arrived. very poor management. please change your team otherwise people will like such a DISRESPECT.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food did not meet expected standards, and the management was incompetent in handling the crowd. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Galawat used to be one of its kind, however it has lost everything. except for the rolls, nothing is good here now, I dont know what happened but there are better alternatives

Terrible service, rude staff and very cramped area, took 1 hour for us to get food, bad hygiene, please don't go here, there are much better options for the price.
