As someone always on the lookout for novel and niche dining experiences, it didn't take me long to pick Germinnaa as my lunch spot. Seeing the spiced mutton shank with cranberry sauce on their menu, the decision was simple. And what a phenomenal dish it was! The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, the sauce was flavorful and indulgent with the cranberry bits adding a subtle sweetness, and the buttered mashed potatoes (which came in its own dish instead of getting smothered by the sauce on the main plate) was a delightfully simple yet delicious accompaniment. The passion fruit cooler was a refreshing and enjoyable drink to enjoy alongside the main dish, especially on a hot day. Hats off to head chef Alex and a special shout out to Nancy and Rimi for their impeccable, warm, and friendly service.

Had a really lovely experience here! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We tried the italian sausage pizza, which had a perfectly baked crust with generous toppings and fresh flavors in every bite. The drinks were equally impressive—refreshing, vibrant, and a great pairing with the meal. We had biscoffe cold coffee topped with whipped cream that was indulgent and satisfying. The ambience was cozy and pleasant, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food. Service was smooth and staff were courteous. Babusona,(I assume he is the manager) was really polite and considerate. Overall, a great spot for quality food, tasty drinks, and a nice dine-in experience. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was outstanding, the chef really knows how to highlight and balance flavours. One of the best dining spots in South Calcutta. The interior is also very tastefully designed. Highly recommended.

Earlier this cafe was named as Hatari Grillz but now they have changed and someone else took over. I would say the food and cafe ambiance and decoration got better. Only issue i have faced with was staffs as i believe they were slightly understaffed so, gotta work on that. We ordered 1. Alfredo Chicken pasta with mozzarella panko chicken 2. Glazed chicken and Scallion 3. Biscoff cold coffee 4. Cafe latte with Almond milk

Unfortunately we landed up going to this cafe .. went to Soy yum, no place, went to Pico, no place ended up going to this Cafe.. From food to drinks everything lacked flavor and apparently they don’t use salt so no flavor and no salt .. from a basic mixed sauce pasta ( no one can really go wrong with) which had nothing right about it to a burrata salad which had a fancy name but worse then basic.. We ordered for 5 dishes and 3 mocktails and none were even edible.. I generally don’t write reviews but couldn’t hold back myself on this one.. If they really want to do justice, please rework on your dishes and flavors, we go to a lot of cafes regularly and trust me you are far far away from any.. Best of luck

My entire experience was terrible. I ordered chicken satay only to be informed an hour after that the item was unavailable. They apologized multiple times.We received a complimentary dish instead. Afterward, our entire order arrived almost simultaneously. The pizza was disappointing due to its very hard crust. Finally, we ordered seafood pasta, but the prawns were spoiled, and we couldn't find any clams, which were listed on the menu. I wouldn't recommend this place.
