Glacé Patisserie sells some of the best cakes! My family and I have ordered many cakes from them and this time I wanted a Bailey's Crunch Cake but without the dark chocolate. I mentioned it was for an anniversary, so they designed it specially at the same cost as the original, and even delivered it to me. The original cake had some macaroons, which they gave me separately in a box! Since their staff delivered the cake, it was in perfect condition! The cake was absolutely stunning, and tasted amazing!

Beautiful cake. And beautifully decorated. As well as the taste was top knot ❤️ would refer everyone to buy the cales which they sales. One of the best frozen cheesecake we get from here as well as their double truffle is fab .

The pastry and the celebration cakes were far better than the other pastry shops. Will highly recommend to order their new raspberry truffle cake. Very good amount of rashberry was there in cake.

absolutely loved the way the made cake. the best one is kitkat hazelnut. loved the way they make the layer of the cake. even they customize the cake very well . will refer every one to buy it .

I have been ordering from here for almost 3 years. Hands down the absolute BEST cake shop. 10/10 would recommend. Really courteous staff too. Incredible Truffle cakes.

I ordered a strawberry mini cake for my mother's birthday and it didn't disappoint much. Though I would've liked it if there was less cream on the cake but it tasted okay.

It was a very pathetic experience, they didn't write the name of the person on the cake and moreover the cake got smashed and when I called to complain at the shop the person on the call name Sayan was arguing and not accepting the bad packing and negligence of not writing the name. He was being rude saying that they didn't receive the msg and the smash happened due to the delivery boy we are not at fault after paying 700+delivery for a half pound cake we don't expect such behaviour from these kinda bakeries.

Glace Patisserie completely ruined my father's day celebration. We had to literally throw the cake away as it was just cream and no cake or fruits. I called for a cake for a party and none of my guests could even touch the cake, let alone eat it. It's not as though they charge us thinly for one pound and if this is the quality of their cakes, the so called "Patisserie" should shut down at once. Never ordering from this place again.

The manager is a horribly behaved rude man. Disgusting experience. Restaurant was closed but my order was still accepted by them. The manager refused to cancel my order and simply said they are out on a picnic and cannot help it. Very unprofessional, terribly behaved and rude manager. Asking me to cancel the order and pay a fine because they have kept the store open and went for picnic. Unbelievable.
