We had been visiting this since my childhood days, used to be one of the best. The restaurant service has gone bad with the waiters being unprofessional. Food has become pathetic, everything is 5x coated with flour batter. The price they charge is at par with fine cuisines.

Everytime I visit there, they say that their card machines and UPI are not working. They never made it clear when I called them and asked them about it in the afternoon. Had to walk a distance to get cash to pay them. Plus, we already told them that we were 11 members so we would need conjoined tables to which they agreed over the call but started refusing to conjoin the table once we reached there. Place is run by a bunch of liars. Won't be visiting again.

Best Affordable Chinese Restaurant in South Kolkata😍😍 📍Golden Bowl , Near Park Circus, 4-5mins walking distance from Quest Mall. We tried their newly launched items like 👇🏻 ●Red Pepper Fish which was spicy and really good in taste. Those who love to eat Spicy item, must try it. ☆Rating : 5/5 ●Pepper Honey Chicken which was sweet and delicious. ☆Rating : 4.8/5 ●Butter Garlic Noodles was also delicious and perfectly cooked. The noodles was full of chicken chunks. ☆Rating : 4.2/5 ●Chef's Special Chicken was fingerlicking good. ☆Rating : 4.5/5 ●Thai Soup was heavy and full of Chicken. Really good. ☆ Rating : 4.8/5 ●Mocktails was very refreshing. ☆Rating : 5/5 All of these dishes were delicious, Quantity was enough for two people. 💰Cost for two approx ₹800/-

This place is located exactly opposite Elaihi Restaurant in Park Circus area. Considering the ambience and space, it is a small family restaurant with modest decor and ambience. If you are somebody who wants only instagrammable and photographically-pleasing places, then this restaurant's space and decor might disappoint you. But, if you are a foodie, then please visit this place for finger-licking Chinese delicacies at extremely affordable rates. Their menu is very elaborate and easy on the pockets. I have been to this place multiple times and every time the food didn't disappoint. The service is slow, more during the rush hours. Another important thing to note is that they accept only cash. They don't accept cards or any UPI so be prepared with cash when you go there. I have tried several items on their menu like Drums of heaven, dry chilli chicken, Hongkong rice, Singaporean rice, Burnt garlic rice, Chilli Garlic noodles, Pan fried noodles, Kung Pao Chicken, Manchurian, and a lot more. Please visit this place for a gastronomically satisfying experience but the downside would be its small floor space and average decor.

We had a sudden plan to visit this restaurant for dinner and we were fairly satisfied with our experience. The place is quaint and cozy with moderate number of seating. Staff was nice and polite. For food we ordered Chicken Manchow Soup, Mixed Fried Rice and Chilli Chicken. Everything had the Indo-chinese taste and quality and quantity was satisfactory.

If you are looking for a hidden gem in the city with authentic fine dining, Golden bowl is your place! Golden Bowl is one of the oldest authentic Chinese restaurant that has expanded itself to and introduced new soft drinks like spicy mojito chai coffee and along with some scintillating sizzling hot authentic Chinese dishes. So we visited this place recently and had a number of these yummy soft drinks and some unusual main courses. Here are the dishes we had we started with Icy Blue Kolkata, Lemon cucumber and mint smoothie followed by Chili Mojito- which is easily one of the best mojitos I have had in recent times. with main course we had and recommend you to try these dishes : Chicken Yemeni Mandarian Chicken Chicken noodles Chicken Meifoon These are some very authentic and uncommon dishes and I absolutely loved the taste. It's very different from what we normally order. But I would recommend you to take the risk and order these dishes which are exclusive dishes of Golden bowl. We concluded our luncheon with Sunset Mojito, Frappe And hot Mocha Dessert is amazing here: if you have a sweet tooth I would recommend you to try Hot Gulab Jamun with ice cream which is a pretty uncommon dish among its peers. I can't conclude my lunch or dinner without hot Brownie with ice cream! Overall I had a amazing experience at Golden bowl and would recommend you to definitely visit this hidden gem in the city!

oldest and popular Chinese Restaurant Finally visited here Hey Foodies specially Chinese food lovers this place Located at Nasiruddin Road, near Park Circus Tram Depot this place serves authentic Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price. The ambience of this place is nice with dim lights and they have a huge seating capacity. Coming to the food we had. They launched varieties of cool and attractive juices, shakes & mocktails. From this section we tried Icy Blue Kolkata Lemon cucumber and mint smoothie Chili Mojito Truely Amazing and refreshing my personal preference chili Mojito really super feel like chili sweet taste. We tried some Main dish C main noodles really amazing mix with slice Chicken flakes and prawns with tangy taste Mandarian Chicken Chicken yameni Taste like buttery garlic taste Chicken Mehfoon taste amazing well cooked We tried again more drinks Sunset Mojito Frappe Mocha Dessert ---------- Hot Gulab Jamun with ice cream Brownie with ice cream❤️ Overall golden Bowl really nice place with awasome atmosphere and Amazing hospitality ❤️ If you are Chinese food lover this place perfect for you. Located at Park circus , this place is an amazing destination for chinese food lovers. The ambiance cool. And the seating arrangement is also great. They are following all sorts of hygiene and safety measurements inside the restaurants. Recently they have introduced some amazing mocktails and shakes. Apart from those try their awesome starters and main course. Pineapple Panther Orange Mojito Triple chocolatey shake Blush pink shake Manchow soup Pan fried fish Crunchy Chicken Burnt garlic noodles Chicken manchurian Thai chicken Special fried rice Ice cream The starters were really good. The quality of chicken and fish were fabulous. Really impressed with their service and hospitality. The combination of noodles, fried rice and chicken side dishes were awesome. The mocktails were really good and refreshing. Last but not the least, the ice cream was the star of the show. Overall a highly recommended place to have awesome chinese cuisines at affordable prices.
