Mr. Pratim was really helpful with the food recommendations. The quality of food although Satvik, did not disappoint. Loved the ambience. Never knew veg food could taste so good.

Jan 2025: Govinda's Special Thali 😊 It was a tasty, sumptuous and 'good enough for two people' vegetarian thali sans any onion or garlic! It consisted of - Clockwise from left: peas pulao, dal makhani, paneer butter masala, roasted papad, chana masala, boondi raita, salad, rasgulla, butter naan and masala kulcha! Plus there were pickles on the table. Since each of us ordered a separate thali, no wonder we had enough leftovers. And since they don't take back 'jhootha' food in their kitchen, we requested them for empty containers and packed the leftovers ourselves for giveaway. Visiting the Iskcon temple on the first floor of the same building just completed the circle of our good afternoon. Price of thali: Rs. 300/- #vfr1144

The ambience is really good. But taste is not good. Thr starters were good(Vorn cheese balls and chilli babycorn). But the gravies of all the main courses taste the same. We ordered Dum aloo and Malai Kofta. They used the same gravy for both of them. This has happened to us several times. I remember 3-4 months back we ordered Hyderabadi Mixed Veg and Paneer Butter masala. Then also they used the same gravy. I think they prepare one gravy and use it everywhere 🥲 The only think we like about Govinda's is the family friendly environment, the behavior of the staffs and the starters.

Food was too oily floating in oil especially the Govinda special dal dish and raita too salty. Overall experience not good.

My recent visit to Govinda's was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, things began to go downhill. Firstly, the air conditioning was not functioning, making the wait for a table extremely uncomfortable. Despite being told the wait would be brief, it took over 20 minutes before we were seated. Once we placed our order, we had to endure an excruciating one-hour wait for our food to arrive. During this time, the staff seemed indifferent to our plight, offering no updates or apologies for the delay. Even the manager, Mr. Gopal, showed a complete lack of interest in addressing our concerns or expediting our order. It's disheartening to know that a restaurant associated with ISKCON, and supposedly run by devotees of Lord Krishna, could exhibit such poor service. One would expect higher standards of hospitality and care, reflecting the principles they stand for. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their service. Lord Krishna, known for his teachings on duty and devotion, would certainly frown upon such negligence and lack of commitment.

my visit to Govindas was very very disappointing. The quantity of soup was very less. It seemed that to compensate for the absence of garlic n onion they just add extra spice to everything. All the food that I had ordered was super spicy n more than half the food got wasted. Also the ac was very ineffective. Soda shikanji was served at normal temperature which was considered normal for them. overall a very very disappointing experience. Don't think I will want to visit again ever.

1) In the name of AC they have only one stand fan. AC is just for the name and is not working. 2) Their Service is pathetic. we were seated for around 30 min with no food at our table. 3) They don't even proper waiting area where a person could sit.

Pathetic service, hardly 4-5 waiters were available for 14 table. If you really wish to try here, prebook the order well in advance before you start from home, by the time you reach here you will be served the food. :)

1. First of all they don't have a home delivery system even within a 2-3 km radius. 2. They charge you extra for each and every parcel for home takeaways. 3. Food quality is medium. Overall not recommended.
