To put it simple and straight, there are not many ice-cream parlours in Kolkata which can compete with Häagen Dazs. Expensive, yes! But the quality they serve is top-notch. The texture of the ice-cream is smooth and buttery and it is a delight to the palate. Without any overwhelming iciness and stupid food colourings, the ice-creams at the Dazs have a subtle and delicate feel to it. It is rich, creamy and silky. To put it in a word, ecstatic! This is the place where even the non-ice-cream lovers will fall in love with ice-cream. But beware! After having experienced the Dazs, ice-creams from most other parlours will taste flimsy and unconvincing to the palate.

Every time I get a chance to visit Quest Mall here in Kolkata I make sure to stop here for ice cream. This time I opted for this waffle ice cream and wow I wanted more. The waffle, the ice cream, the strawberries put together was wonderful. One of the best ice cream places here. Expensive but worth it.

To be honest, I have been several ice cream parlours in Kolkata but this one hits differently ❤️✨ Tried their Belgium Chocolate scoop... Must try this flavour this is one of the best... Located at the ground floor of Quest Mall

Had Belgian Chocolate and Cookie Oreo Ice cream here. Taste was subtle and sweetness was exactly on point. Will visit again.

It's been on my wishlist for a long time. Loved this place. All types of desserts look amazing although quite expensive. A variety of icecream flavours are available with different types of toppings also which is affordable. The place has seating arrangements. It's a sweet little cozy place for hangouts. We ordered Belgian Chocolate icecream with chocolate sprinkles and Mango Raspberry icecream. Both were delicious. Icecream texture was very smooth. Will surely visit again to try more flavours.

It's good but very overpriced. One time try, that's it. Nothing out of the world which could justify the exorbitant price the charge. There are other brands which offer the similar quality at much lesser price.

After reading a lot of 5 star review, I had a great expectation from here. So checked in this week along with my wife. But I have had much better ice cream and coffee at other places.

I recently visited the Häagen-Dazs store in Quest Mall and had a disappointing experience. I ordered their Signature Fondue, only to be told they were not providing waffles, crepes, and strawberries—key components of the dish. When I requested brownies and macarons as substitutes, the executive refused, offering only ice cream, which is of much lesser value. Moreover, he was impolite, making the experience even worse. Thanks for losing a loyal customer.

The prices were way too high. We had iced coffee but there was no ice in it and it was not at all chilled. Total waste of money.
