Went to this place a number of times.. The quality and quantity of their food is top notch.. Must try lists 1.Laheri chicken 2. Barbeque chicken 3. Pan fried chilli fish 4. Tandoori chicken 5. Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala 6. gravy/halka noodles ( portions are huge, enough for 2 people) 7. Biriyani (the Best of best) 8. Rolls 9. Firni ( the ultimate show stopper).. Other than these I have also tried momos for is also a must try..

I came here in the late afternoon just for snacks. Bapi da guided me to eat Pan Fried Fish. It was amazing. The quantity and quality was too good according to the price. Lovely food and courteous staff.

Haji Saheb needs no introduction specially to the people of Behala but for North Kolkata people we're completely left out to taste their delicacies. Neither they deliver such a long distance nor they've any branches in North Kolkata. Whenever I passed through Behala the crowd in front of their restaurant and roll counter always fascinated me. So, when I finally got time, I checked this place from my wish list. Their Tikiya and Rolls are most popular and one of its kind but unfortunately, they don't serve Tikiya for Dine in. So, we settled for their other popular dishes and its obviously Chap and Biryani but I'm sure they rock all the north Indian dishes. Their prices are affordable too. Laccha Paratha @ Rs.20 (4/5) Mutton Chap @ Rs.230 (4.5/5) ------------------------------------------ Excellent, fabulous, brilliant all these words will be very less to describe it. Mutton piece was so soft that was just melting in the mouth. Served in a large bowl the quantity was more than enough. The gravy was extremely rich and flavorful but very oily. Overall, the taste was unique and I've never tried such rich chap anywhere else in Kolkata. This is a must try combo but remember try once in a while. Due to its richness and use of so much dalda, oil and ghee your heart will not like it as much as your tastebuds. Mutton Biryani Special @ Rs.380 (4/5) ---------------------------------------------------- Don't confuse this branch of Haji Saheb with the one at Park Circus. It tastes different than their Biryani. Once again, they surprised me with the quantity, good soft well-cooked mutton and the richness like other dishes. Extraordinary soft potato and the flavorful rice. Overall, very good. Believe me this place doesn't need a review. If you love rich north Indian food and never been to Haji, then please visit them once. You won’t regret it.

Went there many times.last time when I went there tried Chicken tikka kebab and mixed chowmein. Chicken tikka kebab(2/5).It was burnt but it was flavourful.But burnt was too much. Mixed chowmein(5/5).Portion was huge.When I crave for mixed chowmein I go there.Because they make best mixed chow.I have tried mixed chowmein from so many places but Haji Saheb's mixed chowmein is best. Total bill was 567.Server were nice and helpful

Haji Saheb's service is extremely worst. yesterday on 2nd May 2024, I ordered 2 egg chicken rolls and 2 chicken rolls. however, they have delivered 2 egg rolls instead of chicken rolls. I immediately reported an issue with the picture but no one responded yet. the same I have uploaded the picture of egg rolls and my order ID herewith this review report for all of your reference and visibility.

What kind of behaviour is this? One of my item is missing and no one is listening to what I have to say neither the restaurant and nor Zomato wants to help. Some very great service it is. Zomato says to call restaurant and Restaurant says to call Zomato. No value for money!

i order chicken fry kabab from counter and they gave mutton brain fry to me. worst service and it is never possible to open each and every container at the counter as there is huge rush everytime. it is not the first time i am facing this issue from haji saheb...

Its possible that mughlai dishes are good but Chicken Rolls are horrible. Roll wraps are too thick. chicken pieces are straight from a curry with smell of mitha ittar of biriani.
