food as always impressive in haji. but I think Chinese is not upto Mark. I like Haji Saheb Biriyani from very long time. service is bit slow but food is really nice specially North Indian 👌

Had visited the Park Circus outlet about 2-3 weeks back with a couple of guests. Tried the non-veg. buffet at INR 899 per person. The food and the range was strictly average/ OK. At least 1-2 non-veg barbeque/ kebab starters listed in this INR 899 buffet menu weren't even available. The main course was rather plain with not much variety or taste. The desserts were also strictly average/ ok. There was one dish called Jungle Mein Mangal, which consisted of mini-gulab-jamuns and mini-rasgullas in kheer with a topping of dry fruits. The mini gulab jamuns and rasgullas were cold and the kheer was plain and without much taste. In all, a disappointing dessert with a fancy, misleading name. Just like the overall buffet experience - extremely average, a tad overpriced and a bit disappointing. They try to copy the Barbeque Nation (BBN) restaurant model by placing live barbecue counters in every table - but w.r.t. to the food variety and taste along with the general restaurant ambience, they are far from BBN. If you really want a nice, quality dine-in barbecue/ kabab experience, you're much better off visiting any Barbeque Nation outlet in Kolkata - instead of Haji Saab or another sub-standard barbeque/ kebab outlet like Absolut Barbeque

Very bad experience. The service was extremely poor and the staff behaved rudely. I called ahead to confirm if they had a buffet available, and they clearly told me that the buffet was being served today. I even called an hour before arriving just to double-check. They again confirmed it was available and asked us to come. But once we reached the place, they denied having any buffet at all and said we could only order from the à la carte menu. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. They provided fake information just to get us there. Totally unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Not recommended at all.

I specifically went to the restaurant so that I can get a proper chest piece chicken in the biryani which I requested thrice and also confirmed before taking the parcel. But after coming home i found that they have given a leg piece as usual ! Went back to complain but all they offered was an apology.

I had ordered chicken biryani online from hazi saheb park circus and behala. Both time I noticed chicken piece in the biryani hardly has any meet. How hazi gives such a bad piece of chicken for a biryani costing 350 rs. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

they charge 375rs for this fat and bones in the name of mutton ... never order from this outlet specially at night because they serve the left after food...this kind of fats is supposed to be thrown and they are serving to customers and charging 375ts

they will provide u with stale old food and on complaining they will not even bother to take any action such is the behaviour of the restaurant manager.such a poor experience for two consecutive orders!!!
