Celebrated my daughter's birthday. Buffet Lunch was really good. Nice Ambience. The kids and friends enjoyed it a lot. The waiters were really helpful and the service was commendable.

My date and I visited Haka City Centre this afternoon and had an absolutely delightful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, providing the perfect setting for a casual yet intimate date. The ambiance was further enhanced by the pleasant Korean music playing softly in the background, which we both really enjoyed. The food was the highlight of our visit. My date couldn't stop raving about the wontons and the chili fish, which were both flavourful and perfectly prepared. The prawns were also excellent. We decided to try all of the desserts and were not disappointed – each one was a delicious end to a wonderful meal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend Haka City Centre for anyone looking for great food and a relaxed environment. We will definitely be back!

Ambience is not up to the mark. Not clean enough, seating is not comfortable. Service is very good by the service staff and they try to make up for the ambience. Food is fine but tried the double pan fried noodles and was utterly disappointed.

Dear Reader, The staff at Haka City Centre, Kolkata lacks professionalism. The lady who stands at the entrance gate of Haka is arrogant and a total misfit for hospitality business. I am regular at this outlet of Haka but her behavior makes me uncomfortable each time. She passes comments on visiting guests and the manager there I presume does not have any hold over the employees. I would not recommend this particular outlet of Haka for bigger functions. I hope to see this restaurant with better staff in the future.

1) The rice in chicken egg fried rice was of boiled rice texture and shape. 2) The golden fried prawn had thick batter and no flavour or taste of prawn. It left an aftertaste of batter. 3) The sweet and sour bhetki had no taste of bhetki and left an aftertaste of batter. 4) The Kung pao chicken, Gondhoraj mocktail, Egg chicken haka noodles and dessert were good.
