booked zomato gold, but this is wierd that so many of stuffs was exclusive in that... I agree Sheesha is not included but Can? seriously? Sea food? fish prawn etc???? With so mny conditions u expect someone to book through zomato gold? and even if its written who reads all that? bcz no one expects so many terms and conditions at all! The staffs were great no doubt on their service! But the other things aren't cool!

PATHETIC. I went with a big group and already informed them, still it was miserable. No ac, no service. The staff was in no mood to serve guests. Will not recommend anyone about this place

Got there through Zomato. Went there because of a Park Street cafe hopping spree. To be precise, the ambience is amazing and warm. You can get fabulous pictures( if that’s your only purpose of visit). People having fear of height might reconsider( no one gave me a disclaimer) but comfortable ones can get really good pics from the open roof section. Now coming to the food, we only tried 2 items ( brownies were complementary as per Zomato dinein offer but they litera cut half 1 brownie into 2 which gave a very miser impression, ngl— we had 2 desserts complentary and brownie was their only option). The pasta was full of olives and was so average. The food isn’t worth paying for if you are considering these specific items!

The staff was very welcoming and humble. All the items in the menu were tempting. We ordered fried rice, chicken gravy and noodles; all of which were subtle in taste and looked very presentable. The ambience of the restaurant was cozy and aesthetic. Definitely a pinterest worthy spot

My recent experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The quality of food, service, and overall taste has deteriorated drastically. Almost every dish we ordered was excessively sweet, with no differentiation in flavors, reflecting a complete lack of balance and care in preparation. Equally concerning was the service. The staff were rude, inattentive, and showed little interest in serving customers. Basic hospitality was missing—they behaved as if they were doing us a favor by serving food, which is entirely unacceptable in any establishment. As regular customers of Hammer prior to its reopening, this decline is particularly disheartening. The restaurant has fallen far below the standards it once maintained. Moreover, the so-called “50% off” offer is misleading. A large number of items were unavailable, yet this was not disclosed on the app beforehand. This lack of transparency feels deceptive and unprofessional. Overall, this was a thoroughly unpleasant and frustrating experience. Unless there are serious improvements in food quality, service attitude, and honesty in promotions, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
