Went to Heka on Sunday for Mother's day dinner with my mum and siblings. What a wonderful experience!Amazing food and equally amazing service. The staff were very polite and accommodating and provided us with multi-cuisine options too! I especially loved their Falafel Naanza, Gyro and appetizers from the multi-cuisine menu! Would definitely visit again! Thanks again for the wonderful service!

A good place to enjoy drinks & hookah. Staff also very friendly. Enjoy the Ipl in giant screen. Recommend to everyone must visit Heka the egyptian bar.

Visited this restaurant recently and had a disappointing experience. We ordered a prawn and a chicken dish. The prawns were not fresh and undercooked, and the chicken was also undercooked, which is a serious food safety concern, not a taste preference. When we informed the manager, instead of acknowledging it, he insisted this is how “continental cuisine” is cooked and explained it in a dismissive tone, as if we were unfamiliar with food. Undercooked chicken and shellfish are not culinary styles, they are safety issues. Only after discussion did he offer a replacement. While appreciated, the initial response and attitude were unprofessional and concerning. Mistakes can happen, but handling matters more. A simple apology and immediate correction would have resolved it gracefully. Hope the management takes food safety and customer communication more seriously.
