A wellness cafe with unique indoor and peaceful outdoor seating.. food and beverages are quite good.. staffs are very polite . Hot Mocha , Chilli Basa stir fry , Hot garlic chicken gravy were flavourful ; whereas according to our taste the iced latte and Singapore egg rice could have been better. If you love to try out new cafes and crave for a tranquil ambience... it's a big yesss ... would love to visit again .. recommended.

Had a very nice over all experience...only bad incident was that my chair tripped in the bamboo base of the outdoor section and i fell. Will highly recommend them to strengthen the bamboo base of the same.

Had a wonderful experience at Herbs Cafe, Rajarhat! The ambience is cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Loved the quality and taste of every dish. The staff were polite, attentive, and made the visit even better with their warm service. A great spot in Rajarhat for good food and a pleasant time. Highly recommended!

Located beside a serene waterbody, Herb's café feels like a slice of Bali right here at Rajarhat. Lush greenery, open-air seating and the calmness make it an escape far from the madding crowd. The ambience and the vibes are just perfect. I experienced them on an weekend and at that time it was pretty empty. But unfortunately then it was power cut there, so we faced some glitches. Firstly we couldn't manage to sit in our preferred area, secondly we couldn't get our preferred dishes. Though I understand these were not in their hand. Coming to the food, we had • Chilli Fish (Basa). They claimed it as their special item but to my utter disappointment, it was not Basa. I'll not say the fish was bad or something, but it was too soft compared to Basa. • Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (Chicken). Taste wise no objection but there was no chicken in my spaghetti though I mentioned clearly at the time of ordering. • Ice Cream. Good. Usual. Again a miscommunication, they served us two servings of Ice cream at first though we ordered for one. But after complaining they took one serving away. Overall I feel, they need to improve some more in the sphere of communication. The staffs are really sweet, but they need to be a bit more professional. Though I really want to visit the place again if these issues are being sorted out.

Courteous staff. Problem is unavailability of items. We tried ordering their wellness bowls but they were not available. Instead we asked about the Caesar salad; again unavailable. Washroom door won’t lock. Overall good but needs improvement.

the ambience was really good,it was different it was fresh and unique. The coffee was good too but the food!!! the food felt cheap in quality,the oil they used was so bad that my stomach got issues and the taste of my mouth after eating the food was really bad,so the food was really bad only the ambience and the coffee was good.

This was hands down the worst cafe experience I’ve had. The location is inconvenient, tucked away on the outskirts of Kolkata, and things just go downhill from there. The staff clearly lack even basic decency or manners, making the visit uncomfortable from the start. The food was an utter disappointment—not only was it unappetizing, but it literally contained stone bits, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the beverage arrived cold instead of fresh and hot. Basic necessities like water and tissues were not provided, something you’d expect at even the most modest establishment. Despite there being numerous empty tables, the staff made everyone wait outside, seemingly to fake a busy atmosphere. Once inside, I noticed several tables didn’t even have chairs. The whole time, there was a relentless banging noise from ongoing construction, making it impossible to relax. There was no separate area for non-smoking, so we were forced to endure passive smoke throughout our visit, making the experience even worse. When we brought up these issues, staff members POOJA and DEBJIT had no solution to offer; all they said was that it was “rush hour” and there were too many guests, so nothing could be done. Not a single concern was resolved or even addressed. Above all, there was a total lack of cooperation or decency from the people running the place. I cannot recommend this cafe to anyone seeking a pleasant or even tolerable experience. Avoid at all costs.

There was no AC. It was very hot. Food was good but service was extremely slow. It was disappointed.
