“A Wonderful Experience at Heritage Court Café!” I recently visited Heritage Court Café, and it was an absolute delight! The ambience was warm, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a treat! What truly made the experience special was the staff’s hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Their warm and welcoming attitude added to the overall charm of the place. If you’re looking for a great café with amazing food, a fantastic atmosphere, and excellent service, Heritage Court Café is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

HCC is the perfect hidden gem in Kolkata that gives vintage charm and old-school elegance. The café’s indoor area resembles a majestic living room, featuring a high ceiling, grand chandelier, and walls adorned with beautiful paintings that transport you back to the colonial era. The outdoor rooftop section offers a splendid view of Chowringhee, making it an ideal spot for a romantic evening.

Loved the ambience and the interior The British vibes is all around, with their paintings and touch of their architecture made the indoor seating area more aesthetic The outdoor seating is beautiful too, you can get a beautiful view of chowinghee from there Food was nice, staffs were well behavee and courteous Overall I had a great experience there

Really good cafe in the heart of the city. Lives up to it's name as a heritage location serving British style food along with the usual cafe items. We had fish and chips, pasta and a fresh lime soda. The ambience and service is noteworthy. A great place to visit, to sit down, have a chat and escape the busy streets in the surrounding area.

Everything about this place is very beautiful. I love the ambience as it is charming and has Old British vibe. This cafe is truly a hidden gem. Outdoor and indoor sitting arrangements are available. Food tasted really good, can't say cheap but has justiciable price. Staffs were polite and very helpful.

Enjoy the heritage, Food is a bonus! This place smells of history and heritage, class and elegance, a pristine past and its nostalgia. The continental cuisine is remarkable. Fish and Chips with real Bhetki was superb. Chicken wrapped prawns was nicely done. Chicken Ala Kiev was perfect. Chicken Stroganoff was delicious. Belgian Mocha was refreshing and so was the Affogato. The seating is comfortable for hanging out, although, not suitable for dine - in. The height of the table to the alignment of the sofas is a bit inconvenient. It's more suitable as a drawing room parlor and not as for the eating area. The high ceilings and the colonial structure with walls decorated with British portraits give an antiquarian delight. Service definitely needs improvement. There needs to be someone designated for the indoor area to attend to the requirements of those eating inside. Prices are a tad on the higher side. However, there are no parcel charges for the takeaway containers.

The ambiance was good, old vintage vibes. But the food was very average and the service was pathetic. I had to get up and call them multiple times for spoons, menu card etc. They messed up the pizza order. The pizza was made using readymade pizza base, the veggies were raw, the cheese hadn't melted properly. They really need to improve their cooking.
