I visited this place, they provide excellent service. Best bengali food in town. If you are visiting get in touch with Biswanath Da, he is very polite and suggests best food over the menu

In onibarjo section korai sutir kachuri was not available. Fish fry could be better. It’s ok but ambience is nice.we had 2 fish fry,2 ada lonkar jhal sorbot,lau patae mora chigrir pur dewa pakora (you could find prawn in every bites),Chicken jali kabab ,Daber sash dewa ilish,Ilish vapa,Gondhoraj chicken Chaler ruti & 1 rice.For 3 of us bill was 3600+.Quantity wise all foods are good.Ilish vapa gravy was nice can’t blame the taste of Hilsa in Mid January time.

Visited Himur Henshel yesterday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The food is overpriced, and the quantity and quality don’t justify the cost. We ordered Chhanar Dalna, which was recommended, but it wasn’t properly cooked — the chhana pieces were so tiny that even a narkel naru seemed bigger. Gondhoraj Bhetki was cold and overcooked. Murgh Pulao came with one piece of chicken and an egg that was so over-fried it couldn’t even be cut with a spoon. The chicken was dry and overcooked as well. The Chital Muitha, which they mentioned would be spicy, was actually sweet and lacked salt. The Mutton Kala Bhuna was another disappointment — most pieces weren’t properly boiled and it tasted oddly sweet. In starters, we tried Chingri Cheese Pakoda, but there was no cheese flavour at all. The only thing I actually liked was the Burhani — everything else was a letdown. Even the rice portions were small for the high price. Overall, this place is overhyped. The food quality and taste don’t match the pricing at all. Really disappointing experience — please work on freshness, flavour, and proper cooking.

Himur Hensel is having extremely poor service...they really need to work on this part. we had to wait for 50mins to get our food. that too after a lot of follow up. This kind of service in a restaurant is absolutely acceptable. please work on this, Madam.

Ordered Mutton Kala Bhuna.Totally tasteless with only bone and very less mutton.In Chital macher muitha the potato was rotten.Too pricey but poor quality.Best to avoid.
