This place holds a lifetime of childhood memories for me... Their ‘Radhaballavi’ (the way they used to make 20-22 years ago) was unforgettable, and there was a sweet I fondly nicknamed ‘ইলিশ মাছের পেটি’ for its shape... I sorely miss the ‘Hinger Kochuri’ they used to serve in the evenings (They've stopped making them long back)... For me, this place always serves up countless memories 💖

Cane in here on a Sunday evening for some cakes. They sell the cakes outside, on the footpath, but billing is done, inside the store, which makes the service time quite higher than it needed to be. The Cakes were good, no doubt. Soft and Fluffy cakes in Foils. The service time is too slow.You choose cakes, the attendant gives you a paper with the prices, you take it inside, wait at the cash counter, pay and get the actual receipt, give the receipt to the guy outside and he gives you the cakes. The guy inside the shop is slower than a snail. T is a queue for the people buying normal sweets from inside of the store as well. Very poor management.

yesterday I took their T shaped sandesh and malai roll. Very much dissatisfied with taste. sweets were not fresh of yesterday.

Very bad behaviour staff…. They are arguments with me only for green chutney … they told me our management said don’t give green chutney with dhokla… I have problem for sweet tamarin sauce that’s why I want green chutney and I said I pay for this the staff was very bad behaviour with me.

Staff behaviour of the Jadavpur branch is terrible. Specially the old man behind the cash register. He treats people as if he is doing us a favour or feeding us for free. Should be kicked out immediately

I have purchased 500gm of rabdi & 15 nos. baked rosogolla on 25.05.2024. After reaching out residence we find the rabdi is rotten.

I have ordered vadapao along with imarti bUT only imarti has came but the whole money for both the items has been deducted
