Promt service and proper table arrangement like there must have a clean arrangement to display the cutlery and napkins in separate boxes on the table, rest all were very good. Enjoyed a lot.

not happy with the experience. we ordered bacon wrapped prawns which was very very small 5 pieces according to the price. chicken steak was extremely dry and the sautéed veggies were all raw instead of crunchy. bhetki fish steak was also dry and tiny 4 pieces. also the veggies were raw Herb rice was the only good dish we had. good quantity and flavorful attitude of the waiters were also bad. 3 waiters asked us whether we had a booking or not. is it because zomato discount on pre booking was 50%?? what was the point of this question even before they took the order? that too by 3 different waiters.

Service was not at all good for refilling water we had to remind them for 10 times We took so many items but only chilli fish was good in taste. Their behaviour was pathetic we asked them to pack the leftover food and they gave us in transparent plastic which looked like dhaba packed food We even kept tips in the cheque book but after seeing the packed food we changed our mind pathetic service and not so good food I would not visit there again!

The price of the menu is not proper.I orderd Kingfisher ultra beer which printed MRP 80 rupees, but they charge 395 rupees and 5 %GST extra..... I don't know how they do this kind of mis management and illegal activity. This should be changed or banned.

Extremely disappointing experience at Hola Kolkata. There was hardly anything positive about the visit. We ordered the prawn sui mai, but it had almost no prawn flavor at all. The food overall lacked taste and quality. The only somewhat decent dish was the pesto pasta, but even that was disappointing—I ordered spaghetti and was served penne instead. When I pointed it out, the staff insisted I had ordered penne, which was incorrect. On top of that, the pasta had very little chicken and prawn. The bar menu was equally underwhelming. There were very limited whisky options, with Jim Beam being one of the only available choices. The Classic Long Island Iced Tea was poorly made and did not taste good. Several items we asked for were unavailable, and there didn't seem to be any signature dish worth trying. Overall, the food, drinks, service, and availability were all below expectations. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience at Hola, very poor service, the staffs does not know how to prepare a LIIT even. Horrible food and drink served there. Also the worst part is since we booked seat through district they didnt allow us to choose any food from the menu, menu options are restricted for people who books table through District which is very strange kind of experience. I have never experienced such terrible service in past. District app should take actions against such strategies made by the restaurants.

Ac was not working Almost 80% of the food on the menu was unavailable The lights were not working except for Chinese nothing was available
