Aloo Paratha was good ,it was soft and tender but the gulab jamun was spoilt. The taste was very bad .

Today afternoon i visited aquatic place so call star catagory hotel. My experience was very bad. I ordered kingfisher but manager refused to serve drink to me. Staff have atitude problem. Sepcially manager treat their guest very bad. I ready to pay for my drink but they still refused to take my order. Very bad service. Very good hotel but staffs are very bad sepcialy manager . He don't deserve to work in thise kind of hotel . His behaviour like road side davas manager.

We had a very disappointing experience here. After waiting for more than 2.5 hours, our food still didn’t arrive. The staff and manager were completely unprofessional and instead of helping, they argued with us when we raised the issue. Ultimately, we had to leave without even getting our meal. Extremely poor service and management — not recommended at all.

we ordered and waited for our food for almost 2 hours and never heard from any staff of about it. when we enquired about it and asked for our bill the staff didn't even bother to help us with our bill. the manager and staff were very unprofessional and argued with us. very disappointing experience and don't recommend it to anyone.

bad service, absolutely dismal grievance redressal and uncooperative staff (wait staff and manager). the typical wait time for receiving food was 2 Hours (for regular menu items). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. there are better bars nearby such as bengal dhaba. I urge readers to give their business to other establishments.

The staff is extremely unprofessional and argued with us over delay in providing food. We had a disappointing service and didn't get some of our order. The manager is not present during dinner service. The restaurant is not recommended at all.
