This place needs no introduction and I really enjoyed my time here. From great cocktails to food- it's everything that one can look forward to enjoying a great time. The classic retro vintage vibe is spot on and I would love to go back again.

we ate north Indian food here and it was just too good. one of the best I had in the city. ambiance is old school but a must visit. food was just too good

went to this age old pub of Central kolkata for late lunch and some booze. as expected almost all seats were full being saturday afternoon. luckily we got a seat for two. draught beer is must when at Broadway. for starter we had beer batter fish and French fries. quality of fish and fries was quite good. in main course kung pao fish was again superb and chilli garlic fries was good in taste. price a bit on the higher side. we paid 2200 for two.

On weekends you have to wait for hours to get seated, but the ambience is 10/10

The drinks were good but the manager (the bald guy) don't know his name, but he's as easy to spot as a full moon, was rude and refused to replace drinks(beer) when it's not even opened, he said billing happened didn't like that, the owner was nice though.

The owner Sandeep Sehgal, CEO Raghav Prem Sehgal, and the bald manager, physically assaulted me and my friend over a simple billing dispute that could have been solved with dialogue. I don't know what the CEO thinks of himself or what kind of connections he has, but he is one aggressive guy. This is not the spirit of Calcutta. Each time I tried to de-escalate, the CEO assaulted me. I guess you can't have a civil conversation with uncivilized, classist, elitist people. Karma will take care of them. Until then, people, please be aware. And yes, I will press charges.

We waited for nearly 2.5hrs later when we finished our drink we asked for the bill they charged extra thinking we might be drunk later when we protest they called their bouncers and hit my brothers and my my husband and even snatched my husband’s gold chain around 18 20grms later they took the money but had a bad fight being a girl they hit us too by their bouncer’s later we complained the nearest police station which was next to their lane Bow Bazar police station and we reported ..

Very harsh and rude behaviour! Asked us to share even when the whole restaurant was empty! Staff behaviour was bad and rude! While in conversation looks the other happy! When u pay to sit in a bar 150 yrs Old u should get some respect!

I am a fan and a regular customer (when ever I am in Kol) of this place however, the newly opened cafe part's manager is rude and unprofessional. I would give it a second thought before visiting the place going forward.
