Visited Haldiram, Ballygunge Park few days back for some Snacks. Tried Raj Kachori-120/- and Paper Masala Dosa-120/-. They have self service. Wide Sitting arrangements but avoid Weekends for rush. Great place for Vegetarian food Lovers. Raj Kachori was delicious but Dosa was crispy but the Chutney & Sambar tasted so so. It's has a 2 Storey food court. The ground floor for sweets ,Desserts, Candies & live Jalebi Counter. 1st floor for Snacks, chaats & Meal. Found lack of coordination among security Staffs, they don't know whether they have lift facilities or not when asked. Bought some of tempting Soan Papdi & Kaju Katlis.

Yesterday we went to Haldiram 2nd floor. Rajkachori is one of the most popular snack items in Haldiram so we ordered one Rajkachori. It stuffed with the chaat ingredients like boiled potato,bada,green moong dal, curd,green chutney, tamarind chutney, masala, sev, boondi, coriander etc in the kachori bowl. Perfect evening snacks for one person. Prices are a bit high according to the food. Staffs are very helpful and quick service.

Had raj kachori which was bland in taste! and too much oily The masala dosa was extremely salted and it's next to impossible for a person to manage it for consumption, the masala dhokla was still good compared to others. I had chocolate ice cream shake and they literally put such less amount of icecream while they are charging enough amount for a glass! fortunately the chocolate chip muffin was good in the end. Ans those people who are making your plate when you are standing next to them they totally try to ignore your instructions, like I was telling them continuously not put put chanachur on my kachori cause I don't consume it strictly and they did that! when I told them they told me rudely that it's not possible for us to listen everything! Honestly I'm never going back to that place even though I don't have any options, the food places near by haldiram serve way better food and their hospitality is way good!

Firstly, food quality has highly been degraded. ordered : 1. chole bhature - 2/10 -very oily- bhature sold in nukkad taste better. it was soaked with oil. 2. Cheese grilled sandwich - 2/10 - only thing wrapped in bread was some cheese and this shouldn't be called as sandwich. for some cheese inside 2 slice of bread rs 140 is very costly. better go to baba tea and get same thing at 20-25rs. 3. tea - 1/10 most horrible tea. Cost of 1 tea was 35 rupees and this was probably the worst tea i had. When I asked for an extra empty cup, the floor manager Mr Danish of ballygunj branch 1st floor started arguing, commenting and making personal remarks on me that ill sell tea for even 50-60 and there is nothing that you can do about it becuz we have brand name of haldiram. extra cup deke share krne k lie thodi khol k rakhe hai. would like to specify to everyone out there reading my comment, Haldiram or any another cafe/restro/shop if it's a brand today then it is just because of it's customer with loyal base. I don't have any personal problem with haldiram but when a customer visits you, kindly treat them with utmost respect warna hero se zero banne me time nhi lgta hai. horrible and pathetic service. cleanliness - 4/10 - very dirty washroom, ac's not working. advice to senior management - kindly overview on what your managers are doing to manage your guests.

Never ever visit Haldiram Ballygunge. What terrible food. Pls visit the Camac Street branch. The food at Ballygunge is stale and recooked and tastes like shit. They serve you half cooked Naan, cold dal makhani and when you make a complain they argue . Naan felt like chewing rubber. The potatoes sabji with Club Kachori seemed 10 days old and re-cooked several times and felt like potatoes floating in water and salt added from top. Even the Kesar Kulfi was stale. Drinking water from the Drinking Water Tap was like a dettol. What a terrible place to spoil your mood. Something seriously wrong with the entire management. I hope we don't get stomach issue later.

we ordered chole bhature pav bhavi masala dhokla gulab jamun raj kachori and coffee except masala dhokla and raj kachori all of them were waste of money pav bhaji taste like hospital food so bland literally waste of money one thing more that guy in cash counter literally doesn't know how to behave with customer if this is gonna be your behaviour it will shut down soon never gonna visit again worst food worst service

Food is good, billing counter people are good and fast but experience at food counter was pathetic, they treat like beggars especially counter for Raj kachauri and dahi vada. I will this place who are ready for misbehave or ready to bear the beggars like treatment.

I got myself a parcel of chole bhature and in the salad there was a plant caterpillar inside it was so so gross that I can't even eat from that place again

Had rajkachori which tasted bland and smelled of oil that must have been days old. absolutely disappointed and disgusted.
