Better than the outlet in Ballygunge park. The customer service is very nice and they are helpful and very generous in behaviour. Haldiram food is no doubt is nice and worth trying. I had kachaudi and rasmalai, was fully satisfied at this outlet.

Visited them for a quick meal and was quite content with the overall experience. They are conveniently based nearby Minto Park and the spaace here is huge. They have a wide array of dishes on their menu, atleast a hundred. They seem to be office favorites, based in the heart of Kolkata, and hence, we tried their thali. It comprised a tandoori roti, peas pulao, dal makhani, paneer butter masala and salad. While my brother had this as well as a samosa, he opined that it was nice - light on spices and somewhat homely. Samosa was so so! We ended with their chocolate muffin which is priced at just Rs. 25 - good value for money considering the chocolate chips studded therein. Service is very nice and quick as well. They are basically a self service outlet but the staff at the counters are very helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Difficult to imagine how they are maintaining everything so nicely inspite of keeping their prices so reasonable! Keep up the good work team! Cheers!

This outlet of Haldiram is as at par with others. Nice clean place and with good food. We tried their Pav Bhaji and Cheese Veg Pizza. The pizza was okaish but was a bit small for the money. The pav bhaji was good as well but a bit of extra lime spoiled the taste of the Bhaji made a bit extra tangy. I think they should ask the amount of lime juice to be poured as per customers preference.

We visited for breakfast and had masala dosa , chole bhatura , and Raj kachori . Didn't like the chole. Masala dosa was the best . All over the a great place to visit.

The pastry was too hard......it cannot be cut easily...it didn't evn taste good....not recommended..

It so happened that I was taking a friend from Hyderabad around the city and she wanted to take sweets home. I took her to this particular outlet of Haldirams thinling that A.) It's a brand quality is expected to be unquestionable B.) It's in a prime location so they will have fresh stocks. It was conveyed to them that she will be boarding her flight to Hyd in 4 hours with the sweets and based on that they suggested which ones we should take. The sweets turned out stale and black(refer to the picture). Considering that Haldirams has refined knowledge of their stock dates and shelf lifes of the sweet, I cannot help but think that they deliberately duped us considering we were outsiders and purchasing stuff on the go.

At 10:30 am, they have nothing for breakfast. The incharge is busy speaking on phone and there is not a single item available. Very disappointing.
