Good food under affordable price range. Spacious atmosphere, high amount of tables are available. Varieties of sweets are also available for desert or gifting purpose. Mocktails are also available (average taste) but the behaviour of the staffs are very helpful. The kulfi is the best one.

Food:- we had dahivada, Raj kachori and Swiss roll. It's a veg restaurant. But I love most of their dishes. Specially the sweet ones. Also you can get haldiram's own products as well. Staffs:- It's a self service restaurant.

Just a overcrowded place and billing system is like understanding rocketry... Just went to taste the laddu... There are lots other places gives better laddu...Na!!! Not my typ of place... Very clean and spacious so i gave it 3 stars..

Even though this place is famous for its vegetarian food and boasts of being a family place, it is the one place you should not visit with your family, especially during the hot weather. There is NO AC. There are two table fans that are kept at the entrance, and they are of no use. We had the most horrible time here at a family dinner. We rushed through the entire meal as it was so unbearably hot. Very disappointing experience from such a renowned place. We ordered many items - Masala Dosa, Shahi Thali, Chole Bhature, Chinese Combo, Pav Bhaji. But sadly, could not enjoy a single thing.

Stale smelling dhokla Stale smelling balushahi Stale smelling papri chat Dry tasteless corn cutlet Did not dare to try the Chandrakala On complaining, the store in charge started arguing. After reprimanding gave a part refund. Most of the food items on the shelves do not have "Best before" or "To be consumed by" date. Air-conditioning was switched off and when they switched on, the AC was barely cooling. Outside temperature is 39℃. Date and time of visit 03 May 2024, 8:53 PM.

Ordered a few pastries from here for delivery and was very unhappy with the overall experience. You can't really defend yourself when you are providing stale dishes. Their truffle pastry and chocolate walnut pastry were outdated while their swiss roll pastry was fine. Can't rate their packaging, portions, pricing etc when the quality is so poor!

Delivered vanilla milkshake without icecream! And it costs 90! Very bad food taste and quality... Will never order again

Worst food you can ever have in Kolkata. I doubt if it Haldiram Or not. it's first copy of Haldiram.
