There were over 200 items on the menu; I took just one bite of each dish so I could taste them all. However, after tasting each one, I felt like having another serving—but if I had done that, I might not have been able to move on to the next tasting. So, I had to limit myself to just one bite of each dish.

The foods were fabulous. Too good. Second time. But the worst were the hospitality. Very bad. It started from the moment we entered. It felt like they were not happy to welcome guests. Then they gave a table which was in a bad place. Then we had to search for a table ourselves. Although some tables were empty, they said it’s full. And then came the bill payment. A five star restaurant charging for 2000+ per plate for buffet, makes customers stand in a line to pay for bills. Utterly ridiculous. Never seen this in my entire life that you have to stand in a queue to pay the bill. But the waiters were very helpful and smiling. I will never go back again.

I don’t think the hotel is equipped to handle Sunday crowds and with various schemes there are scores n scores of diners. The food quality was not at all of ITC standards - really disappointing. I guess they need to really dig deep and sort themselves out as just to maximise revenue can’t spoil your name The only silver lining was Sous Chef Avirup came to us after listening to our complaints and ensured couple of dishes were served fresh from the kitchen to our table. He personally tried to handle the situation and helped as best possible
