As usual they have managed to maintain their pathetic service. After ages I visited the place with some expectation but the result was the same. No proper service. Food as usual okay. Damp on walls. Had done a table booking through Zomato which was confirmed and some amount was deducted as cover charges to be adjusted with the bill but the restaurant denied accepting the booking and also the Zomato Payment. I was asked to contact Zomato for the issue and when reported the Zomato representative tried calling the restaurant but the manager didn't receive the call purposely and when I asked him to answer it he openly denied it saying it was a prank call. Inefficient and unethical management. The manager and restaurant seemed to be doing a favor by servicing food. Not recommended and if you visit make sure you won't get Zomato Pro Discount. Food quality is average, for plates and glasses you need to repeat at least 3 to 4 times minimum to be served on your table. The customer is having food and the waiter is in a hurry to pick the plates from the table. They don't serve regular water only packaged drinking water. Not to be repeated by me ever.

I went to the restaurant today, the ambience was decent but the food and the service was extremely unsatisfactory. I ordered ravioli which tasted like thick sheets of dough just stuffed with spinach which tasted bitter and had a very bad after taste. On complaining about the same I was told that it is how their ravioli tastes. I ordered Bruschetta which was nothing like a bruschetta, it tasted like a open toast that is topped with bell peppers. I expect more from a place which claims to serve good Italian food. I wont recommend the place for any food enthusiast who loves to try new and authentic food.

quality has gotten worse than a footpath stall...burnt babycorn...appears to be precooked and reheated..quantity is also not sufficient and packaging is also horrible..Rubbish pizza.. ordered their special pizza... also tasted to be premade and just reheated... no decent topping.. burnt base.. stale taste.. horrible packaging again.. Never ordering from this shit place again... Completely shameful for them even to continue to open such a place on daily basis..forgot to take pizza photo as was in a state of complete shock ;)

Terrible service — staff was uninformed, unresponsive, and ignored us multiple times despite few guests. Completely unprofessional behavior. Management seriously needs to train their staff and improve overall service quality.

The food here tastes extremely bad. The family garlic bread ordered was just not edible. Overpriced to the quality of the food given. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The overall food quality is very poor.. There is no washroom in the restaurant, we have to go to another restaurant on the 1st floor for the washroom..
