The person using the phone 9874758923 is rude to the core, I order something and the entire order is not packed even after sending the screenshot he says my wife called after three hours and tried to portray as if she is at fault, why was things missing from my order whereas I have already paid for the same?! I need an immediate explanation, We are Lawyer by profession and it won't take us long to drag this matter to court, an early explanation will be highly appreciated.

Does not provide food... whenever I ordered anything the order get cancelled and the food doesn't reaches to me.. first it accepts the order and after sometime it again cancel the order
