This place is a full-on scam. Extremely overpriced food, whereas the food's taste and portion size were below average. A medium sized glass of mocktail costs 400 bucks. Very indecent crowd but the staff doesn't seem to care. The ambience sucks as well. Oh, and the person waiting on our table was drunk. We ordered Nachos and the guy happily accepted our order. He even came back 5 mins later to confirm if the nachos would be loaded. He then comes back again after a few mins and says sorry, we are out of nachos. We said that's okay, you may cancel that item. Guess what, the good people of Jam House cannot cancel an item that's unavailable because their 'system' does not permit that. He said we'll need to order something else, even though we didn't want to. Next comes the bill. They added a service charge of 10% (which came to around 250 bucks) and normally, I'm someone who's happy to pay this amount instead of leaving a tip. But I was already pissed off at the service quality so I requested them to remove that charge and bring a revised bill. As expected, their response was that their 'system' doesn't allow this. When I argued, the waiter fetched someone else who said that the Government has recently issued a new law which says restaurants can levy service charge. I knew he was making up facts and I demanded to see this ruling. He was obviously not able to produce it. Next, the smart-ass asks me to pay it via Zomato Gold which offers a 10% discount so that we don't have to pay the service charge. My normal response was of course I'm going to pay it via Zomato but not the amount including service charge. Since the club was too loud, we took the conversation outside. Over there, this person makes up another fact saying that their Zomato server is down since 2 weeks, so they aren't accepting payments through Gold. This was just 2 mins after he insisted on me paying through Gold! At this point, we were losing our patience. We stood our ground and said that we are not paying service charge AND we will also avail the 10% Gold discount. If the restaurant has a problem with Zomato, they should either disable Gold from their page or atleast inform the patrons before they order that the Gold payment won't work. This person now started calling other people around. Now this was scary since it was around 2 am and I was with my cousins. We feared he might exert force. To our relief, he calls yet another drunk staff to sort the matter out. We explained everything to him and he says how did we even order Nachos when that item isn't on their menu! It was now clear to us that this entire establishment is a scam. They prey on the late night crowd which is drunk most of the times and is in a mood to splurge. So the management takes advantage of all this and also the fact that they stay open till late. We simple made the payment on Zomato (the amount excluding service charge), showed them the screenshot and left. Requesting Zomato to delist this sham from their platform.

Had a horrendous experience in this place. We actually wasted our time and money in this kind of place. The food was terrible we ordered a veg pizza which was not properly baked then a guy came and asked that whether the foods is ok or not I said the pizza was horrible then they managed to give another which turned out to be the same. Then they came with a feedback form I filled up the form and after that they came up with the bill in which I saw that they were charging service charge and when we said to exclude the service charge then they tried to explain all the government rules and all that it is mandate to pay. Then the owner came and he was whispering with the guy about the feedback that did I gave them 5 in the ratings or not. Then he said that I didn't gave so, I still remember the owner's name was Rounak Agarwal he forced us to pay the service charge and started shouting when we tried to explain. This was the disaster experience we faced in the cafe. I would recommend you guys not to visit such places.

One of the worst food experiences I've had lately. Ordered their al fungi pizza and fish and chips. The description for the fungi pizza in the menu reads "made with different mushrooms", however all we got were button mushrooms from a can, and the pizza was made using ketchup as a base. The fish and chips were tolerable. However, there were rats running around the place, and when we pointed this out the staff told us they would "notify management" but nothing happened. It is ridiculously overpriced as well - a 500mL bottle of water costs Rs. 65 and they charged Rs. 50 for packaging - which was a simple plastic container. Oh, and they hand out a feedback form, which they had the audacity to ask why I had marked 3 on hygiene. Everyone at our table got food poisoning the next day. Never setting foot here again. The 1 star is for the man who stayed up past midnight singing. Everything else deserves a negative rating.

Had one of the worst experiences here today! The service is so slow and the quality is also not upto the mark. The place is very packy and congested. The guy literally forced me to pay service charge and when i denied, he started showing me different government sites to pay service charge. At the end, there was a scuffle, the lack basic hosting manners. I would request you guys not to visit this place! Terrible hospitality and environment!

Rundown place with broken furniture and fixtures, zero ambience, serious lack of hygiene with rats roaming around and horrible food with exorbitant prices. Who the heck charges 450 for French fries and 900 for a pizza. I would rather go to ITC if I had to pay such prices. No wonder this place has degraded to such a state after so many years. I will not recommend going here to anyone. Zomato should delist this place from their platform.

One of the worst places I have visited till now! What a disgrace! Guys please don’t visit such cafe and waste your money! You have come to enjoy not to hear ill about anything. Food is like very pathetic and the hookah is also very bad. The owner forced to pay service charge and started shouting, such a bad bad experience! Please avoid!

The worse place ever visited in town.Horrible management demanding different cover charges every minute which is changing depending on the customer 's face.If you oppose they will say that local police will be called and misbehaving with the customer at its peak .. Warned request to avoid this place

1) The food is terrible; Doesn’t suit the price at all. Avoid it if you don’t want to get food poisoning 2) The ambiance is just rubbish 3) The staff is extremely rude and behave like goons even with women 4) The washroom is very much clean and appears to be worse than public toilets

This place is very over-priced for the ambience and services. I wish this was the building that caught fire in parkstreet instead.
