While we were checking out today me and my dad decided to take a complimentary cake from JW Marriott, Science City Area... JW Bakery. And they gave us a complimentary cake. It was a chocolate cake. Thank you so much JW Marriott, Science City Area...JW Bakery for making our days amazing 😍.

Prices are little high according to the quantity we had chicken tikka which was cold but tastes good and chocolate croissant which was good

We did a take away thrice but in both the cases we got nothing but disappointment with the service! The reason for going back is only the quality of the desserts but what I cannot understand is how can a brand like JW Marriott have such untrained employees who are not even present at their desks during operating hours. Let’s not even get to the fact terribly slow their service is! And they would never pick up the phone!

ordered mango gateau last night for my parents anniversary...stale and stinking like crazy...a brand like mariott, you pay nearly 2000 and then this quality...they don't even respond properly on calls..and it's sad a brand like Zomato does nothing on the customers behalf and neither gives a solution...horrible experience..
