Thank you J W Kitchen for arranging all the item as we eat only No Onion No Garlic. Chef and staff made our visit so comfortable and arranged so many dishes on our request for NONG food. We took their buffet and enjoyed lot of varieties in chats, desserts. It was my daughter birthday so they arranged a cake as well. Thank you for making our moment so special. God bless you all.

Great experience and good food. I often used to visit here, But I had a question that when buffet counters used to close at 4 pm then why slots booking for lunch is available till 5:45 O’clock (Evening). Yesterday I booked for the slot of 4 pm but fortunately arrived 15 minutes early. And by 15 minutes I had collected my food before the counter’s closure.

The best!!! Had the best buffet and such a lovely experience at JW kitchen. The staff (special mentions to Barnali, Rahul, and Lima) were really helpful. The next time we are in Kolkata, JW kitchen will be a must visit for us. Highly recommended.

I have booked through Zomato for the first time and experience was good. No confusion due to booking thru Zomato, Service was excellent, getting discount was smooth and there was no hidden cost.

Great ambience , food and hospitality. Every thing was great except the chaat counter girl who was talking order was rude ❌ yesterday. She should know the meaning of empathy and helping guest if they don't know their table number. She was too rude misbehaved with my mother thar if she don't know her table number then she can't take order. instead she should help her to find the table number. I think she should learn to behave and help guests

The experience was not that great. The food tasted bland. The food options seemed very great, lookwise also the food was good, but the taste was not at all great. All course meals were bland. The washroom was also not clean. In total not at all a great experience.

There was as usual a huge spread but nothing was eatable. From fish to chicken to vegetable items everything was disgustingly bad tasting. All the fish items were smelly.. chickens were hard as rock. Won’t be visiting anymore.
