This was my third visit to JW Kitchen. As expected, the experience was wonderful. Great food, warm hospitality and an amazing ambience. The spread comprised a great mix of Indian, Oriental, Continental and European delicacies. From salads, soups, starters, chaats to a great variety of main course, everything was well thought of. The only thing I would like to bring to the notice of the hotel is, there was no prawn in the entire spread. That's the only thing I would request them to pay heed to. Otherwise, just keep up the good work.

Had a wonderful experience at JW Marriott yesterday. The food was delicious and The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional and made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely love to visit again.

superb food, ambience and hospitality. The seafood section and fish smelled a bit. Loved overall experience. ❤️

the speard was very large but there was veey veey limited non veg options according to the buffet price. There was only one mutton item, no prawns,no grilled items,no suimai. Not upto a 5 star hotel standard. completely dissapointed and waste of money.

The staff were polite and the service was good. Unfortunately, the food was bland and didn't taste as good as it used to. It feels like the food quality has gone down, which made the visit disappointing.

The overall dining experience was incredibly disappointing, as the food quality across all courses—from starters to dessert—fell drastically short of the premium prices charged. While management attempted to compensate by offering a discount, it felt less like a genuine apology and more like a transactional effort to bribe against a negative review, especially given the floor manager's stern and defensive demeanor. A forced discount cannot offset poor culinary execution and rigid service; constructive feedback is warranted when the value provided fails to match the financial cost.
