Amazing service, Rajkumar was my server and the guy was so on point. He made my family feel so comfortable and warm. loved it. the food was amazing too, we ordered biryanis, few starters both chicken and fish. no joke all of them were so great.

The food was really good, quantity was also satisfactory. However, the washroom was not properly cleaned and it was smelling very badly. Imagine having a great dinner and then going to the bathroom and smelling that, you would eventually feel sick.

Starters (Veg Platter) - 5/5 Main Course (Subz Handi, Yellow dal, Tandoori Roti) - 3/5 Overall, the legacy of the place speaks for itself and the food is consistently good. Kudos to the management.

Shabby, unclean, poorly ventilated place. The tables were cramped together maybe to accommodate the durga puja crowd, but when you're charging like a regular day, why treat your customers like you're serving for free?? There is only one washroom for both men and women, with waiters arranging the food just beside the washroom. You have to literally walk through the area where they are arranging the plates and food to access the washroom. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Coming to the food, we ordered fish and chicken kebabs, mutton biryani, mixed fried rice and some chicken main course along with mocktails..food was just average..nothing worth mentioning.. rather the fried rice and chicken gravy seemed a little stale with too much salt.

A very very very poor experience. I took my family out here for dinner after pre booking the tables. Ordered everything from drinks till desert. Every single food was as salty as sea water. Not a single food came out well. It was an embarrassment infront of your family members. One of the worst Biryani I have had in Kolkata. Both veg and non veg Noodles had so much salt you could actually call Gandhi ji for another Dandi March. Dal Pakhtuns was tasteless to the point where even Dal Makhani from your local restaurant would feel like a Michelin star dish. I don’t know if there chef has changed because the last I ate their food it was way different than this. Overall a very poor experience.

The ambience is well and good. However the food seemed hastily made. What surprised me even more were the overpriced food. A 18 rupees bottle of water costs 55. A bowl full of rice when asked to pack turned into a half filled plastic bowl's worth. scam.

The food was not at all good. The soup I ordered I specifically told them it is for the kids. Black pepper was loaded in it. Dal makhani was too sweet, service was very poor. Kaafila has lost its charm.
