I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow; it took 20 minutes just to have our order taken and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The lack of basic service was particularly frustrating: We had a water bottle on the table but never received glasses, even by the end of the meal. When the food finally arrived, we weren't given spoons to eat with. The food was served cold, and the paneer quality was quite poor. There is significant room for improvement here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously as the current level of service is unacceptable.

Cold food. Pricing error in menu-Thali section. Could have been cleared at time of ordering. Have been to other outlets in different city, they were much better. But the staff was polite and helpful. Ambience was nice.

The foods are pure veg . you can get no onion , no garlic option also . Pure authentic taste of delhi amd get the biggest naan of india . Love the place

service is worst. If the prenplanned party is going then you have to make arrangements in such a way that other guests are not compromised with service. But the manager was giving lame excuse. Due to this service issue they compromised on food quality. Music should be little soft and not loud.

went with my mother on 17/11/2025..one of the worst experience..order 2 mocktails with hara bhara kebab along with cheese garlic naan and paneer tikka butter masqla...first of all the servers serve without any trays just by their hands with their bracelets and hand accessories touching the food items..even 1 waiters was cleaning his ears with an earbud...now coming to the mocktails they were unexpectedly good and refreshing...the hara bhara kebab was okayish not so great but the mint chutney served was stale...not only us,the table beside us also pointed on the same issue...thr next thing is the paneer tikka butter masala was not at all edible...the paneer as well the curry was raw and not cooked proper without any proper spices and was not in a position to eat so just came out without even filling our stomach...and upon leaving,the staff specially the guard started asking for bakshish...wasted rs 2260 on this

Check was given without asking. Waiter sometimes didnot even bother to serve.

Food is better than good. Some dishes would do the right job striking the right taste buds while some others might not be as great depending upon your taste preferences. Staff is well trained and equipped to provide a great experience. Recommend dishes: 1. Delhi Dal Makhani 2. Hariyali Butter Naan Dishes that might not strike the right chords: 1. Chur Chur Naan - butter What can be improved: 1. Quicker service time. 2. Pro-active communication/ engagement/ distractions during the waiting period.

firstly we had to wait 40 mins for our food , with no apologies the paneer butter masala's gravy was suspicious and there was nothing malai about soya malai chap , there were 3 whole chunks of soya in curry. the church chur naan was more like a papdi . wouldn't recommend wasting time and money here

found a stapler pin in my food today, kali dal was not fresh,stale and sour don't go,won't go and neither I recommend
