Finally got to experience the widely renowned Mutton Gosht Biryani at Karim’s. The staff behaviour to host their customers were extremely cordial, and for the Biryani and Salt-and-Sweet Lime-Soda that we ordered, I give a thumbs-up for both of them. An overall 4/5 experience at the outlet. Highly recommended. 👍🏼👍🏼

Food is as good as ever, but general maintenance is in bad shape. Toilets , was basin are in bad shape , the basin tap is nearly coming off, the door before the basin doesn't close so the cool air of the ac is leaking out completely. There is no ac effect in half the seats.

honestly the kebab was good. biryani was very average. I had way better biryanis in other places! the rice was really not that tasty very plain. also that badami mutton something wasn't that good. the mutton pieces itself were nice. dessert was good.

ordered mutton seekh kebab, gosht biriyani and chicken chaap..The chicken chaap was so salty that I couldn't find any kind of flavour, biriyani was again a bit salty and was not at all having the same flavours it used to have, overall ambience was good, but the taste of the food has drastically degraded.

To be very honest if the review had a zero rating option o would have given a zero for sure. Staff name Bittu Goswami is very rude and fought with us infront of the other customers. At first he spilled the food all over me and didn’t even bother to say sorry also. Later when my friend requested him to serve a little slowly he directly said I cannot do it. Now where exactly is the customer service ? And he was the team leader, if the leader is like this then we can understand how the entire team will be like. The brand name gets affected by these kind of staffs only.

Naan was good, but the Jhangiri chicken was completely taste less , it's was tasting like boiled and stored only added the gravy , no taste inside chicken, even some pieces were stale.

Worst quality food.. the mutton quality was extremely poor.. chicken was stiff and poor as well....
