Murgh tangri kebab- Well marinated tandoor chicken leg pieces. Flavored and succulent chicken quality. ₹400(4pcs).Rating 4.9/5 Galouti kebab- Good taste. Soft and flavourful minced mutton kebab accompanied with mini paratas.₹510(4 pcs). Rating 4.5/5 Mutton biryani - Classic kolkata biryani. Rich and flavourful but not overpowering. Food quality and taste has no longer been the same as earlier. We ordered Murg Malai Tikka, Mutton Dum biryani, Karahi Chicken & Matka Mutton. we also had shahi firni & kesar e mahal in desert.

Visited Karim's today. The Tengdi Kebab and wings starters were genuinely very good and full of flavour, which made us expect a great meal ahead. However, the experience went downhill because of the service. We were denied extra green chutney and mango chutney after the initial serving got over, and the staff responded quite rudely saying accompaniments are provided only in limited quantities with starters. Never really experienced this kind of fuss over basic condiments at a restaurant before. We also ordered 2 plates of Special Dum Biryani, and unfortunately the potato in one plate had gone bad, which was very disappointing. I’ve visited before and had a much better experience, so this visit did not match expectations at all. Good food in parts, but service attitude and quality consistency need serious improvement.

Dear management I ordered from your Hatibagan outlet through ZOMATO masala kulcha, mutton chap and rara masala mutton twice. On 16th November the order supplied to me was superb So ordered it on 22nd once again To my utter surprise they were the worst prepared items we ever have had.Chap were full of small bones.. almost no meat.. no taste at all… the kulchas tasted as the worst ones… So disappointed… Haven’t expected this outcome from you

they're serving half qty of food for the price of full. I had ordered one plate of chicken bharta but to my amazement what I received was actually half empty container. Such a big brand doing such sly scams!!

Very pathetic quality of food. The taste was just abysmal. Will never go to this place again
