We had Special Mutton Biryani and Chicken Jahangiri. One of the best biryani I have eaten. It was delicious and very tasty. The chicken dish was very tasty. Although the sweetness of the potato in Biryani was not to my liking, overall the food and ambience was great.

I have heard a lot about the Delhi-6 original outlet. this is the first time i tried and my experience is really good. the atmosphere is so soothing with light music. staff are extremely courteous. food is not only delicious but surplus too. items to recommend are mutton biryani, chicken Jahangiri, chicken Qorma and Shami kebab. food was served piping hot. price is a bit on the higher side but it's worth it.

1497 rupees blatantly wasted!! sheer waste of time and money.. let me tell u some points. 1. when you enter, you see a dimly light place.. with the other half dark and closed where few waiters were sitting. 2. No IN-HOUSE manager present to speak to.. only some young waiters 3. we were told "Karims ki veg er jonne? ".... so please mention outside strictly non veg 4. Mint chutney is watery completely. no taste 5. kadhai paneer sweet as hell . 6.paneer tikka kebab was tasteless and worthless 7. AC vents were all put up high..when i asked to make it swing, they told its not possible... how come split ac vents cant be swung..god knows.. 8. And to top it all, garlic naan was 100 in menu.. charged us 110.. and no one knows why and how... then they called their manager or owner.. came to a conclusion it was 100 In a span of one hour, i wasted just wasted 1497 rupees... its actually my fault.. ignoring the 1* reviews and going there... PLEASE DONT GO TO SECTOR 1 KARIMS... SHEER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY... go and spend your money elsewhere..

I recently visited the Salt Lake branch of Karim’s with my family, and it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a mutton dish with rotis, expecting the 4 pieces of mutton we were promised for the price. However, when it arrived, all we received were bones with barely any meat—about 10% mutton at best. Every piece was the same, just mostly bone. We raised this with the waiter and manager, but instead of addressing our concern, they explained (quite condescendingly) that “this is how bone pieces are,” as if we’d never had mutton before. Later, another staff member came over and falsely claimed they had actually given us 5 pieces, which was simply not true. The staff was arrogant and dismissive, refusing to listen to our feedback. We weren’t asking for anything for free, just hoped they would acknowledge the feedback courteously, as one would expect from a place like Karim’s. Sadly, it seems that customer service and hospitality are no longer their priority.

We took the kebab platter and all the kebabs tasted very dry. Undoubtedly the worst kebabs i have eaten till now. The mutton Burra kebab was stale and the mutton shami kebab was underprepared. Chicken kebabs were eatable but tasted very bad. Food was so bad that we could not finish even half the plate. Avoid this restaurant if you don't want to waste your money.

The food is shit, we ordered chicken reshmi butter masala it was full of coconut milk and cream instead of even 1% butter in it or actual spices. Close this karims if you continue to serve such shit food to customers.

worst food, arrogant staff or I should say the manager. don't know how to behave cordially with customers as if they are giving away free food. and most importantly the food tastes below average for such high pricing

We had worst quality mutton in a mutton biriyani. Taste was ok. The chicken champ didn’t taste one bit like a chicken champ. Looting money by giving franchises.
