Rann Biriyani plating is bad as the highlight of the food the tender Rann is not visible when it’s served. Food tastes good.

Utterly dissatisfied. We went there to have egg chicken roll and took a parcel of haleem. The restaurant was completely empty with not a single customer but still the security did not allow us to sit inside for having the roll. There were too many mosquitoes and the outside seating place was very uncomfortable. In spite of requesting so many times, the security didn't let us in. Highly disappointed with the service. If this is the hospitality they show with their customers, very soon this outlet will close I'm sure. The food too was very ordinary and not worthy of all the mosquito bites and pain we had to endure.

I live in the neighbourhood where this is located, tried their food twice, both time utterly disappointed. Mutton biryani is not flavourful at all and the rice is also not at par with what is generally expected. Other time i tried their haleem, priced at Rs 420, had just few chunks of mutton in spicy daal. Really disappointed as the price point is higher than the best restaurants in kolkata such as arsalan, royal, india restaurant. They will shut down soon if they do not improve the quality
