The food and the ambience was amazing..The only thing disappointed me was the wait period for the food..It was more than 30 min.Tandoori brocolli was very flavourful.

I had gone with my full family of 15. The table, mat, sofa were very dirty. Even after asking to change the mat, the replacements were also dirty with food marks and broken edges. There was food on the floor. I told them to clean but still they did not clean properly. The service was super slow. Every food item came a min of 30 mins after ordering. Not that i was in a hurry but still. They even took 25 mins for getting masala tea. Which was cold and had a malai layer. The staff were very courteous, but the service very poor

The restaurant’s management was highly disorganized and disappointing. Several items listed on the menu were not actually available, yet the order was still accepted without informing us, and completely different dishes were served instead. On top of that, it took over an hour for the food to be served, which is an unreasonable delay. The entire experience reflected poor coordination, lack of communication, and unsatisfactory service standards.

All the family members seated adjacent to us were shouting at the manager, the staff, and everyone around. The food was okay, but the service was pathetic. We were a group of nine people, and they didn’t even have enough cutlery to serve us properly. There weren’t enough spoons and forks either. Overall, a very pathetic place to visit.

Tabel was allocated after 1 hour from the time of booking, quantity was very bad as per their high prices, restaurant owner has taken overbooking so inside the restaurant the ambience was like fish market, service was very bad because of over booking

We did get any seat even after booking seat. the restraunt was having some private party and was still accepting online order. There was no space to enter the restraunt only. Worst experience
